Chicken Treat

Just your run of the mill chicken treat, team are friendly and the wait usually isn't to long

The owner was lovely & checked up on us and food was the best from chicken treat so far, I’m not a big fan of chicken treat but the food was good.

So why call your store “Chicken Treat” when you run out of chicken… this is the third time in 7 weeks…

Asked for chips without salt.
When I got home opened box only to find chips covered in salt. Had to throw the whole meal in the bin, thanks chicken treat.

This place is seriously understaffed. There is only one (extremely hard working) person at front of house. There’s always loads of people waiting ages for their orders.

A 50 minute wait tonight to pick up “fast food” is an absolute joke

Got two pieces fried chicken lunch special with chips for $5 and a small tub of gravy for $1.chips were freshly cooked so was the chicken not greasy. Was beaut lunch and good service

It is quite a good few years since we had Chicken treat, and decided to try it last night. It was very dry and very bony, the chips were undercooked and cold, threw majority in the bin (see photo). Never again.

First time we have had the pleasure of Chicken Treat. My family has told me how good this place is and it didn't disappoint. The only problem is we don't have it were I live

Sooo slow! That need staff! Seems never enough staff…fix ur issues or i wont come back…. Then i get home to see what i got…not really a roll is it…. Event for fast food you should be ashamed!

The staff are great and very polite. The food is always good but there is often a long wait time

However there is one young gentleman that is absolutely fantastic he always has a smile and always makes you feel welcome his service make it worth the wait

Chips are so fresh and perfectly salted. Chicken roll had just the right amount of mayo too. Top chicken treat for sure.

I only go there when the kids say they want Chicken Treat!
I can't handle paying money for plastic/foam microwaved burgers, but each to their own!

Waited 30+ minutes for an uber to accept the order but chicken treat staff were friendly and apologetic about delay beyond their control.

I have found service to be quite lousy on a number of occasions. If you order through menu log they don't put it through straight away and then they only get the name 'menu log' not your name and they are reluctant to give it to you because you can't prove it is yours. And they get very confused. Then if you go in and order they take ages to serve you and if they happen to be putting menu log orders through you will have to wait your turn. Like ages. As there is no one else to serve. Just don't be in a hurray.

Always Hot and fresh Food. The Owner is very friendly, I highly recommend this to all my friend. We will definitely come back Jeff!

The food was as expected and quite adequate. The staff were both professional and very pleasant.

Food is alright, although the customer service says otherwise.absolutely atrocious. Guy who works the front desk is always polite but the staff at the back point, snicker, and glare at all the customers to the point where I feel feared of being judged when I order.isn’t customer service supposed to be about making your customers satisfied? I hope you do something about this unpleasantness.

Always great tasting food. Awesome, friendly service at secret harbour, quick, friendly and ready to go!

Good tasty chips, still cheaper at fish & chip shop. Doesn’t allow to upgrade meals to family or monster size which would be nice.

Doesn’t accept American Express which I abruptly found out the other day. Would be going there about 3x as much if they accepted American Express.
