Chicken Treat

This place is shocking for service, and the food is off I felt sick after the chicken roll I bought.
Every time I've driven through

I've had to wait at least 14 mins, for just a small order.
The staff inside must think that we've got all day waiting for them to get our food heated up in a microwave, for 1 minute.

Hey my weekend is precious, it's called FAST FOOD.that means step it up with speed and timing of getting your customers dealt with quickly and efficiently, not chatting about as if no one is waiting.
Ergh!

Absolutely the worst service I've ever had.

I waited at the drive through speaker for 7 minutes with zero acknowledgement of my existence. Then half way through my order the lady cut me off and told me to go to the window, while I again waited about 10 minutes just being ignored before they came to the window. The staff do not care at all.

Also don't give me that pathetic 'please go to our website to fill our feedback' I have done that before and it gets ignored.

This used to be my go to take-away store but now the food is disgusting. The chicken has no flavor, its more like a tasteless roast chicken with dry skin. Workers look feral and barely speak English.

Went into the store at 3: 44pm no one currently in the drive through, 2 staff members talking together inside, waited several minutes and no one came to the counter. Walked out and went to mcdonalds next door, most appalling customer service that ive had in years. Will not be going back

Food is good here but the service needs to improve. It's boiling hot inside, seems like they are too cheap to put their air-conditioning on and they barely speak english

After 6 people stood waiting for nearly 10 minutes before 1 of the 3 staff members finally served us they managed to forget my drink and my sauce. The staff members all yelled and each other in Indian and very casually strolled around in no real hurry to fill orders.

From go to woah it took around 18 minutes to get my order filled.

Chicken treat is now the best take out for taste in the big chains bit more expensive but worth it

It was good altogether and while food was getting cooked we were offered to try the cheese balls but there were spicy but also really delicious

Have been to chicken treat wanneroo 3 times on a Friday night just after 8pm, all 3 times they say they're out of corn.
Who manages this place?

Rudest lady working in drive thru.she obviously had problems hearing us and so she said “can you stop saying stupid things” while giving us the dirtiest look.

Just bought some crunchified chicken and chips…. Echoing the last review I read. Chicken was awful. Lukewarm at best, tough, and definitely not crunchy. Will never go there again…. Back to Banksia Grove for us.

Asked for chicken and chips with a wing. Was told would just get what I was given. Don’t like the leg and that was what I was given. Think you should be able to ask for what you want when you are paying for it. Have never had a problem before with any other fast food outlet.

Never going back here again. Purchased a Roll & Burger deal and both of the chicken rolls were cold. Chicken was chewy and disgusting. Chips were also cold and clearly undercooked? Don’t really know how you can screw up cooking food in the microwave but I guess you can

I should also mention this isn’t the first time I’ve received cold food from them. Ordered a Baconary combo a few months ago and it was the same situation.

They were busy this lunchtime so it took a while but the pay-off was a perfect baconary burger box at a decent price. Nice one guys.

VERY slow service.
No mask no entry and yet of the young staff members was wearing his mask under his chin whilst preparing food. Practise what you preach!

Just popped in to buy some crunchified chicken for dinner before going to work.
The chicken was inedible. It was luke warm, dehydrated and hard. It had obviously been in the heater cabinet too long.
Unfortunately I don't have time to take it back for Refund before heading off to work, and they'll be closed when I get off work tonight.
So it looks like you've got away with dumping your old dried up chicken on another, poor unsuspecting mug!
NOT GOOD ENOUGH, CHICKEN TREAT!

Usually buy chicken here. Be good if staff at back wore masks properly and windows cleaned better. The food is always good

I always use the drive through & I find them fast friendly & efficient with their customer service

Great location, signage is clear and visible from all directions. There is ample parking and a large, spacious dine in area. The entry for the drive through is positioned well making it easy to navigate to. Customer service is good, the whole process was quick, great value for money and my order was correct and the food was fresh! Surrounding business's make it easy to do everything you need on your break or stock up on supplies if traveling. Surrounding business's include Deli, Vinnie's, Party Shop, Medical Clinic, and various other fast food outlets.

Quite slow at 5: 20pm took almost 15 mins to serve 3 vehicles via drive through. Not sure why delay.
