Chicken Treat

Crunchified chicken, delicious! Definitely going back for more! Chips were fresh and tasty. My family really enjoyed it!

Very good service and assistance from the staff on the counter. The tropical pack however was a bit of a let down. For an up size meal it only had minimal chips that I would expect in a standard, small serve. The bananas were weird with one being ok with a good crispy batter and the other was a soft, slimy mess. I don't live in the area but if I did I would probably give it another chance.

I ordered a 6 piece crunchy fried chicken box and when I got it the chicken was uncooked it was hard and cold very disappointed

Just picked up a quarter chicken and chips with the keg. Couldn’t eat it. The chicken tasted like it was way too old.
Disgusting.
I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING HERE AGAIN.

Every single time I go to chicken treat the smell just invites me in and when I take my first bite OMG the flavour is just so good and the stuff are super friendly chicken treat is just perfect on a rainy cold day, I give chicken treat a 5 star rating would've been 10 if I could

What a dissatisfying meal here.decided to try chicken treat Landsdale. 9 pieces crunchy box gravy and coleslaw! Oops got home no coleslaw only gravy and cold potato? ! The chicken was good but a little dry as it can sometimes but the value for money was very disappointing from there competition $32.really not again

Unfriendly service and extremely slow. I waited for 10 minutes for a cheeseburger by itself (there was only one other order besides mine and they waited 15 minutes) By the time I got it it was freezing cold, I asked them to heat it up which took another 5 minutes. There is absolutely no communication between cashiers and kitchen hands and no urgency to get orders out amongst any staff.

Used to be really good quality unfortunately it has gone downhill rapidly over the last 6 months my wrap tonight was completely un edible my dogs even refused it will never be going back

Not enough people working.ordered through door dash as pick up at 7.00 nobody would acknowledge me when the time was745.so I just left and cancelled hahahahahah 45min to get one pick up meal, such a shame to cause I live nearby and will never ever ever go there again

The place is alright, but you can get a ton of free stuff when they have some sort of thing on, like downloading thr app to get a whole chicken meal for free

It's always been average at best here but every now and then it's an easy meal for the family so we deal with it. Not any more.we had it yesterday and all 4 of us got sick.yeh thanks.chicken treat? More like trick n treat. This time we got trick

The chicken really was a treat - 10/10.

The Staff at that was working working 6ish needs the best compliment ever also food and service is at such a high quality couldn’t have been more happier. Staff are always smiling and willing to hear about your day and so on they’re are working at such a fast speed to ensure orders are out in record time. Cant fault the food its delicious, always going in to this store for lunch and dinner.l have been to other chicken treats but is not as good as this one today l would give it 10/10.
The team at Landsdale today are amazing! Highly recommended!

How hard is it to get a basic order right?
Even when something is asked 3 times and confirmed by staff, they are still to inept to get it right. Would not recommend ever.

This place is sooo good unlike the other chicken treat I went to where I found someone's liquid feces in my drink. Spot on service and good chairs as they didn't crak due to my morbid obeesity.

Cannot recommend highly enough! Ordered catering, manager was very professional, confirming order, went to collect at arranged time frame, was pleasantly greeted and offered options of transportation of chicken (as larger order) manager kindly delivered all boxes to my car. Very muchly appreciated

This place is disgusting. I waited 15 minutes for my order because the girl behind the counter got it wrong. No hair nets. I can't even give it a star rating. Sorry have to give it a 1 star to be able to post.

Stay away from this place. Placed a phone order for lunch and arrive to pick up only to find that they never recorded meal. The lady out the back was very rude over the phone when taking my order. Made me wait 30 minutes for my meal when I got there. People in the shop have been waiting over 35 min for there order. Only 1 rude lady cooking out the back. Employ more staff!

Have ordered 7 times from this place for the last 2 months, one time they forgot to put spicy glaze on my chicken.ordered again tonight with spicy glaze and always get cheesy sauce all the time when I order chicken.tonight totally disappointed as didn't get with spicy glaze and cheesy sauce, call the store their excuse was we didn't see it on the screen!

Horrible customer service. Missing item and staff arguing when I politely called to explain my missing item.
