Chicken Treat

They agreed to no breast but gave me breast meat. Also doubt the freshness as the meal gave me diarrhea

Unfortunate lies, when they've failed to deliver the product saying 'it was forgotten by the delivery driver' when i'm looking at a bag labeled 1/1. I dont want my money back, this was meant to be a treat how about you deliver the rest of my order.

Went in to buy lunch today after Bunnings, quality of the food and service were terrible chips were all burnt and had no salt on them, I asked for a chicken ham and cheese burger I got a chicken roll with undercooked bacon and a slice of cheese put in it. My partners was equally as gnarly, I don’t normally leave bad reviews but when you spend your hard earned money on an overpriced lunch for the quality to be so poor I think it’s fair

I work nearby on Fridays and decided to give them a go after a ~10 year hiatus from chicken treat.wow! Their boneless tempta chicken pieces are absolutely delicious. Chips are fantastic as well.

Combine all of that with a nice air-conditioned dine-in area and you've got yourself a winner.

I happened to be the annoying customer today because I messed up my order while ordering.

I returned to the counter after picking up my order and explained the issue which created some confusion.

The girls in the team handled everything with a smile, extraordinarily!

Hands down the best Chicken Treat in Perth. I'm a sales rep so takeaway lunch happens pretty often. Chicken Treat is always a favourite. But I really look forward to my route taking me past this one as it's the best. Staff are really friendly, fast. The Chicken is always perfectly cooked and the chips are without doubt the best in Perth. Hot, perfectly fresh cooked, crunchy and perfectly seasoned.

Called in today and got 2 chicken and chips and was served by the franchisee. Congrats you have the best fast food business I have seen in a long time, shop was busy, staff were all working as a team and you were on the counter serving. * extra credit chicken and chips were fresh and cooked perfectly (not stingy on chips either)

Just had the best service we have ever received from a chicken treat.

Fast service pretty busy at lunch time didn’t have to wait long for my meal. The girls were smashing through the orders pretty quick.

I witnessed Terrible customer service. A food delivery driver came in to pick up an order the girl serving interrupted him talking, directed him to sign covid register. He said he had twice already that day, she said rudely, CALM DOWN, you need do it again. He replied his contact details are still the same. She said I don't care, do it again. He said he would not. She replied, well I'm not giving you your order unless you do.
The girls attitude was bad right from the start, arrogant, bossy and vindictive. Train your staff in customer service and a little humility, the girl wasnt scolding a child but you'd be forgiven for thinking she was.

Surprisingly fast and tidy. I remember the old "chicken feet's" in the day having sloppy and oily food, no matter if it was already cooked or they cook you something fresh. So this is quite impressive to have properly cooked food from this franchise, without all the oily mess.well done!

Manager is rude and disrespectful of understanding customers. Simple courtesy goes a long way and trust me ill be making sure that everyone on my 25k followers on Instagram know how bad this store is.

As far as chicken treats go this ss one of the bcut. Always fresh and staff are always friendly

This is the best Chicken treat I have had the pleasure of experiencing. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The food is always fresh and tasty. This store is a credit to the franchisees who are also very accommodating and friendly people.

Great food, friendly staff, fast service only demerit is the lack of a drive thru

*A UK review* In visiting Australia, I wanted to try out most of the fried chicken shops here, I come across chicken treat. If your from the UK it is exactly like a chicken cottage! So hence a 4 star, 3 pc meal with mash n gravy- (gravy was horrible in my opinion) cost $11.50 about £6. Personally I think the KFC here is 10x better so go there if you fancy fried chicken but if not this place is decent.
