Chicken Treat

05 Jan 24 Ordered a large crunchifried hero box which includes: 3 pieces of Crunchified Chicken, 3 Nuggets, a serving of Chips, small Mash & Gravy, and your choice of drink! What I got was 2 pieces of chicken, 3 onion rings, 3 nuggets (didn't look like nuggets) chips, mash and drink. What's going on? The cashier never seems to know his menu.

I ordered spicy cheesy loaded fries on Uber eats, it came with a whole bunch of bacon on it, and the stupid thing is, I’m a Muslim, need I say anymore about this place!? I’m paying extra just to get from Clarkson. Horrible service, get better workers

2nd time I've tried Padbury - and never again. Should've driven all the way to Carine Red Rooster. Chicken was gross. So oily and undercooked.

With so many negative reviews you would think the business would lift their game? And maybe try to pass a standard of food to sell to local customers. You could be flat out making money but instead you serve inedible chicken and wonder why you make no money. Where is the Big Boss of Chicken Treat? Why is this store not monitored?

Not the first time this has happened from this restaurant, good was okay but drinks aren’t what I ordered, this has been the 4th time they couldnt get it right, any other place i order uber eats from the restaurant contacts me if they dont have what I ordered yet not contact was ever made on numerous orders

Just bought a whole chicken and for the first time ever, it was disappointingly dry. Not sure how this has happened? But so dry it is very hard to eat.

Excellent service considering there’s a need to staff in there and the amount of pressure they have on them well done!

The young girl behind the counter They had a Karen come in she handled it with absolute professionalism I was very impressed and I wouldn’t hesitate to hire her in a high profile environment good job you’re going to go very far in life!

Slow service. 5 minute wait to be served in an empty shop. 10 minute wait for order (large classic wrap combo), staff rude, refused to give reciept - claimed was broken (was given recuept when asked another staff member), ignored customers. Chips over cooked and dry

I was originally a chicken and chips man, but you can't go past a dirty chicken roll with wet bread, dripping with mayonnaise. If they microwave it for too long that mayonnaise gets a beautiful yellow hugh. The chips are in my top 5, easily better then reddy red. Bring back the golden wishbone.

Ordered often. Once a fortnight as I live in the country and when I come down I order but so many mistakes. How hard is it to read an order.

I went at chiken treat Padbury today around 12am that Girl was very friendly and Gorgeous Looking too, fresh food aswell.

Had Food Poisoning Twice From This Chain! Chicken Shops That CANT Cook CHICKEN LMAO! Wouldn't Buy Chicken Here Or ANY OTHER Location EVEN AT GUNPOINT!

Somehow the owners think they have the right to dictate what you can and cant buy and eat I ordered 4 chicken and chips and was told i could only have 2 wings and two legs. I wanted 4 wing pieces. A local told me they just order twice.

Great food i hardly ever spend a few minutes in store after ordering, the meals are ready surprisingly hasty.

We ordered a temta slaw burger.recieved a chicken and cheese burger. Extreamly not happy that i would have to drive back there to sort it

First time we have been to the Padbury store & I must say the crispy chicken was excellent & service was great. I have never seen chicken portions that size. I ordered the 3 piece box & I couldn't eat it all. Great value for money. Will definately go back.

Very poor and deceitful service. We did not receive all that we had ordered for our family. When we called to say there were things missing from our order there was no apology or willingness to provide the missing items. We won’t be going to back to Padbury Chicken Treat.

They messed up my order and gave me the wrong thing and then they wouldn't give me a refund or fix it unless I paid more money. Worst service ever. Not being racist but it was the two young Indian guys. One that messed up my order, and the other that refused to give me a refund or fix it without me paying more money. I was a regular before this but after that experience, I made a promise to never come back here again. I do not recommend this place to anyone. This is why you need some mature people working there, dealing with probems like this appropriately. WORST SERVICE EVER. I've noticed so many fast food places hire young people, teenagers, kids basically to save money and cause they're way cheaper than older staff. But this is where it costs you. I really feel a more mature staff would have dealt with this better or not made the mistake in the first place because this isn't the first time young staff at fast food restaurants have made a mistake and shown poor service. And it won't be the last. Never coming back here again. Young workers seem more unaware and have less care and concentration, like they forget to give me napkins a lot of times amongst other mistakes. Especially at places where the food gets quite messy all over your mouth/lips

The food was great, but I thought when you ordered a large meal you get a physical large chips not just the chips in the box of chicken.

I have never been so physically sick in my life than I was just hours after I ate here on Saturday. I ordered a chicken roll combo and a $2 cheese burger.
I spent two days violently ill, extremely sick.
I can not stress enough, do not come here.
I used to be a regular customer. After this I will never return.
