Chicken Treat

Came to have meal in 10/12/23 @1145hrs. Received food only at 1215hrs. We do understand that there is shortage of staff, however should not shortchange the customer. Order donut chips no sauce available. Did not inform when ordering. Staff is very rude at the counter.

Staff are all very nice, just wait times are very very slow, for a fast food restaurant. I feel like it could be run a lot better.

The last 5 times I’ve been here I’ve ordered my wrap with extra sauce paid for it but hardly have any sauce in the wrap. I’m starting to get really annoyed as it’s not that hard to put extra sauce in there especially when I ask and pay for extra.

Placed order. That was fine. Got order. Checked order when got home, only too find, order not want I wanted. Very disappointed too see workers too busy talking too each other, rather than concentrating on getting the order right. Got too lift your game.

Absolutely loved the spicy maple chicken sandwich and very disappointed that it's gone as it was the only thing that drew me to the restaurant. The chips are good but it's just not enough for me

Heads Up Chicken Treat for the best manager on service, Saturday evening 15th July - in Kwinana. I believe his name is Justin, his service went above. Due to having a support on my arm, he offered to shred my chicken for me, so I could eat it. Made a big difference in eating and it made me happy, for the rest of the night that people care.
Thank you Chicken Treat again for your beautiful staff, as I eat there once a week and some time more because the love those pineapple fritters and your chips.

I have been coming to this chicken treat on and off for years, and recently after not going for a couple of years I went in store and discovered the wonder of the latest menu. The drive-through doesn't do the menu justice. Now I go instore and find something new I wanna try next almost every time. I find myself choosing this over all other options. And a big plus is how happy and friendly all the staff seem to be. It really makes it a joy to come into this branch for what is always a good feed.

Just yesterday (saturday 20th) I ordered a parmi burger with large chips. As I was ordering one of the staff members kept looking me up and down with extreme judgement and i felt very uncomfortable. While I was waiting for my food, I was completely taken aback by her continuing to give me repeated dirty looks.she was young (female - around 14-15) with short brown hair. Her actions made me feel incredibly uncomfortable.food overall was good though.

Ordered drive thru 2pm on a Wednesday waited 10 mins without being acknowledged, then drove off without food! Went to kfc next door got served, when i drove off the person behind me was still waiting at chicken treat to be served

We are a regular, and we don't go to bad store's twice. New manager easy to talk to and actually listens to you. Still recommend this store for good service and food.

Worst experience tonight. Waited twenty minutes to get my order and when I got home the roast chicken smelt off! My toddler was extremely upset because I had to give the chicken to the dogs. WILL NOT BE RETURNING. AVOID THIS STORE!

Service and food were pretty good. Although chicken is a little dry, and we waited a while for our food.

Did a great job tonight, our meal was delicious! Definitely better then ushall keep up the good work you guys

I ordered 2x 3 piece Chicken Treat
(with a Thigh, rib and drum stick) w drinks for my elderly Dads and my dinner. However, by the time I got to the window I wasn't charged for the drinks so it wasn't a meal. When I got home and opened up the 2x boxes the pieces I got for both were a small dried up chicken wing, drum stick and Thigh which was covered by chips. I'm assuming we had lots of chips to hide the peices of dried up chicken encase I checked it at the window. It was disgusting and all the chicken looked like it had been sitting in the warmer for hours and it wasn't the normal crispy golden colour as it was a dark brown/burnt colour. I don't know how to add a pic or else I would have done so and if I was ur Secret Shopper? Chicken Treat kwinana would get a big FAILED. NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL!

This has to be the ruffest chicken treat treat I have eaten at. Food was good. Customer service was very average & the upkeep of the store was far below average. No pride. Just look at the drink fridge!?

The "baconary" burger should be called the baconator! It's the only think worth going for

I ordered a chicken and cheese combo. The price was great, $7ish I had to wait in the drive thru for around 5 minutes but came to the conclusion that waiting that long I would have fresh chips and butter. The chips were soggy but as I needed to get home I let it go. When I got home and took the burger out of the bag, the wrapper around the burger was soaked with sauce, so much so that I couldne eat it. The chicken patty was not fresh. I'll definitely be complaining about this to the store manager.
