You don't get their daily specials unless you ask, our first bill for two chicken rolls two chips and two drinks was $31. Then reminding them of the days special it was reduced to $21 which should've been $19.88, the mark up on cool drink is about 500% The chicken roll was like it was wrapped in a soggy sponge and chips were brown and soggy

Ordered a chicken and bacon burger, there was no bacon. I'm sad, there's not even a shredded chicken burger that does not have bacon so I have no idea how this happened. Can't recommend.

A very bad experience when thought I had ordered food that I did not receive as a result of an inadequately trained staff member who was wearing dirty work boots and matching tracksuit pants fail to understand or speak English. The worst was yet to come when I rang to complain to be told that it was my fault and seemed not to care one bit. Very poor management and staff. Explains why I have noticed them advertising for staff on a regular basis. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Always lovely hot fresh food here! I did not believe there was still a Chicken Treat worth visiting, I was wrong.

Usually sucks for the most part, gave another chance tonight & whilst dropped my food in front of me in the drive through the microwaved burger & chips were actually pretty good. Can't really complain for 13$

Good service but brest was not very good. If you dont want to be food poised. Don't eat it just I case

Food tasted fine. But was then sick for the next 12 hours. Probably won't treat myself again!

I love this chicken treat, the orders usually aren't missing anything and it's pretty quick through the drive thru. My only critique is PLEASE let me finish my drive thru order in its entirety and *then* ask me if there's anything else! Very annoying when the drive thru asks "was that all? " after every single part of the order- I am breathing not pausing

Purchased a whole chicken, unfortunately yet again it was microwaved to death, drowning in liquid and the soggy insipid skin only just hanging on. On a positive, drive through service was ok.

Update, since posting this review and completing the feedback form, have still not yet had any contact from Chicken Treat management, seems to go hand in hand with the poor quality chicken I was sold.

Well several more weeks have gone by and still no contact from Chicken Treat Management despite completing feedback form, poor poor effort.

Chicken Treat Inglewood, hungry children I went and purchased one hot chicken, potato gravy and large chips, I get home 3_5 minutes after I picked it up and the chicken is cold so is the potato gravy, screaming kids that were hungry I reheated everything in the micro wave I rang the store and the response they gave me was bring the food back and we will give you a refund what a joke I could not tell my kids that they could not eat and will have to wait, will never eat chicken treat again

Stale bread roll in chicken roll combo, also pretty sqashed up. 1/4 chicken and chips, asked for thigh, given breast portion and almost no chips.although it's a fast good restaurant, doesn't really excuse the poor quality considering the price was $40+ for a two meals.

Its a fast food restaurant. Sevice is generally good, even better if you're in a car. Food is better than some other chicken fast food places.

I want to give zero stars but because unable to.
So we ordered from them tonight from Menulog. We have a permanent instruction on our account to deliver to the door (which they are supposed to do anyway). Driver messages to say they here and can we come down. We’re in a block of units which are gated but there is a walk through gate and it is only about 80 metres to our door. We messaged back to come through gate. We waited and waited. Went out to see why they hadn’t come down and they were gone and no order.
I rang chicken treat and asked to speak to a manager, a person came on the phone and they weren’t the manager so I asked them if I could speak to a manager. Someone else came on and they weren’t a manager either so I asked a third time. A girl came on and I asked her if she was a manager and she said yes. So I told her what happened and she couldn’t care less. I asked for them to replace the order and she said I had to reorder off of Menulog and pay again. I said that the money we already paid would not be refunded tonight for about 48 hours and was not paying again. I told her that I’ve driven for both Uber eats and Menulog and the restaurant usually supplies another meal free of charge to keep goodwill with the customer and then they claim the cost back from Menu-log. She refused and said she had just been talking to her manager and that the manager said they can’t do it. I said to her how can you been talking to the manager when you have been talking to me and you told me you were the manager and she said no the manager isn’t in I’m the supervisor. I said I asked you if you’re the manager and you said yes. So a couple of minutes after I hung up one of our neighbours came down and said they think they found our order. The idiot driver had placed it in a dark area on the far side of the gate up on top of the high pillar. The lady only saw I t by chance. Needless to say it was cold and soggy. So I know that chicken treat aren’t responsible for the drivers but the attitude that they showed was unacceptable. Also the driver didn’t follow instructions. Menulog were unhelpful as well but I will save that review for Menulog.

If there was a 0 star would of clicked that the slowest service I have ever seen and the staff have no clue what there doing

Great customer service affording customers the opportunity to mix and match to assemble healthy meals and customise to suit the occasion.

Previous experience: 3 times in a row I ordered the chicken roll + chips here in store and received way too much half cooked chicken stuffed in a roll with a barely a single drop of mayo and there was blood absorbed into the bread. Chips were uncooked.

Have had food poisoning from this restaurant multiple times. Was hoping the change of staff would solve the issue. Nope

Asked once for extra mayo and they put 3 small pieces of chicken in the roll and filled the entire roll with mayonnaise where the mayo was literally dripping out of both ends and the sides that made the packet tear apart.
Mia Khalifa didn't have as much drippage as this!

Last time I went there, I had to wait 45 minutes for my order - I was the only customer and I ordered a chicken roll + chips. They sat there doing nothing then gave me a half arsed made chicken roll that had been reheated after they told me it was made fresh - I watched them take it out of the freezer and heat it up three times because they kept forgetting I was there

1 star the owner asked me to leave when i attempted to exchange my 4 year old child a rooster roll.very unimpressed at the unprofessionalism at this establishment

This place has gone downhill. I got told to park when I got to window (I heard some guy yelling from the back to tell the girl at the window to tell me to park - very unprofessional). I ordered nuggets and a regular burger combo with NO SAUCE. For all they know I'm allergic. There was one car ahead of me, not even busy. I waited for around 10 mins. Got given a warm coke and my bag of food. Whatever. Drove home, nuggets soft and opaque, burger is covered in sauce. Tried calling the Inglewood store twice and lo and behold noone answers. Don't be surprised if your order is wrong. This is not an isolated incident.
