Left disappointed after a full body massage. My question is was the masseuse even qualified or just lazy. Unprofessional wearing slippers and no massage procedure just rubbing. Cheap oils and no hot towel after. The language barrier should not be an excuse for poor customer service.

Worst customer service I have received. Received a gift voucher for this place after using their massages for quite a while. Have attempted to attend the shop about 4 times now to use my voucher and every time I attend get told to come back in x amount of time. When we return at x time either the shop is shut or they have taken someone else in instead and we get told sorry can’t do you, you need to come back again at x time. There never seems to be enough staff on and they couldn’t care less about customer service or how they treat you.

I had a neck and back massage today at the Midland Gate branch with Cherry. Was amazing. Best massage I've ever had. She identified all problem areas herself without needing me to tell her. She was professional, easy to communicate with and very considerate, checking with me that she wasn't applying too much pressure. I didn't want it to end. Will be back soon, especially since I can claim on my health fund, another bonus!

Ended up having to walk out of my massage it was that bad. The girl didn't put any effort in whatsoever. I told her as I left that it wasn't any good and instead of offering me a refund she instead left and hid out the back of the shop till I left. No one offered me any sort of refund or even apologised. Waste of time and money.

My massage may have been only a head and neck one but Omg im in heavenly bliss, felt so relaxed and tranquil.

Been going there weekly for a few years, was charged wrong. Couldnt get a refund as noone spoke english or had any idea how to refund. Ended up getting cash refund. After such a good spell i think its time to try somewhere new as this seems to be too common occurance now.

My last 3 massages have come from this fine establishment. Professional staff with skilled hands melt the stress and aches away. Neck, back & shoulder massage today was done with care and skill as always.
The only slight annoyance is the background noise from shoppers that can hinder a good zone out other than that A+.

Very professional, caring staff with skilled hands. I have had several different massages with different staff and have found all excellent. Relaxing experience each time but also therapeutic so doesn't feel like the masseuse is just going through the motions.
