Chez Jean Claude Patisserie reviews
69Coffee served to perfection. Presentation and atmosphere enjoyable and the food was quality!
It's still great after all these years.
Great sandwiches/rolls. Good prices.
Still love to come here Absolutely everything is yummy! And the staff are amazing considering how.bisy it gets there
Love this bakery. Authentic D/A/CH baking art. Great for breakfast or buying bread. Sometimes there is even Poppiseed Strudel:) Cakes should be ordered three days in advance. They are wonderful! When the boss is present, he gives the guests a friendly smile, even when he is under a lot of stress. Staff is exceptionally friendly.
There are many types of baguette sandwiches and the taste is good.
I sometimes buy bagels and they are delicious.
But it's a bit disappointing that dessert doesn't feel like you have to eat it here.
My go to in West leederville, quality has been its saving grace even with the rising costs
We asked for our coffees in mugs and were given cups. When we told the staff she told my mum to join the queue again to pay the extra 2 dollars. They then put us at the back of the queue for coffee. We have now been waiting almost 40 minutes for our coffees. Horrible service
Loved all the sandwiches here. A place we keep on returning too. The Coffees were not bad either
The lady owner with blonde medium hair, she's very rude and not smiling most of the stuff are not very polite either because the why's she teaching them.
Just because the place it's a bit busy they think they can treat consumers with no respect at all, TERRIBLE
P. S.if you going to answer me, you better admit the truth about yourselves, that you all don't care about costumes, you have no idea about public relations.
I have been going to this bakery since the mid 90's. Their store on Rokerby Road made me feel like I was in France as a small child.
Today, I visited their new (to me) store in Leederville (25 years later) after getting off the plane - and I have to say, the thin baguette rolls, Florentines, Almond Croissants and Strawberry custard tarts are still THE best I've had in the world.
I don't know when I'll be back in Perth again, but my word, if I still lived here, it would be dangerous for my figure - the is THE bakery in Perth.
Long mac topped up I to my liking.and the custard donuts are still my absolute favourites, along with the Brioche. And really great friendly helpful staff
We had the famous baguette sandwiches and found them absolutely fabulous! Crunchy bread and generous filling will surely impress anyone. Loved the tea, too! It was leaf tea with free boiling water refill. If I had to choose just two key words that describe this place's feature, I'd say "high quality".
Excellent baguettes and pastries. The Christmas time fruit mince tarts were the best I've ever had, from anywhere.
I love jean Claud’s flutes & bread absolutely first class, no one to touch them, however today I thought I’d try some of their Portuguese Tartlette’s 6 little ones in a box the cost $23.00 (ridiculous) I know they’re not the cheapest of places but I thought that was way too steep for the tiniest of tarts unless I was mistakenly over charged! I’ve just returned from my home in London and I don’t think selfridges would charge that in their very elite patisserie section, anyway On biting into these little gems expecting the crispiest flakiest pastry with a creamy custard filling what I actually got was a soggy base and a lumpy gluggy custard very disappointing. I have to say JC get over yrselves reflect todays economic climate and don’t get carried away with yr own reputation thinking yr better then what you are bc people pay yr prices, we do that simply bc we don’t want to complain.yr good but hey yr not that good.yr in the business of feeding people if you wanna charge like a bull then let’s get our monies worth
Love this place. Never order cakes from anywhere else but Jean Claude. Best patisserie in the twom
Lovely! Had a berry tart and it was absolutely fantastic:) lovely staff, was quite busy on a saturday morning but they handled it well and gave good service:) would go back again
I thought this place will have quality coffee and croissant comparable to what I had in France and Switzerland but it was not that good.
The place itself is cosy to catch up with friends with friendly staffs.
This is the best coffee in Perth and the Portuguese tarts amountg all the other amazing pastries and food is something else, have been coming here over a year, you have to try it.
So yummy! The mini doughnuts are incredible! Everything looks so good and I can’t wait to try them all! Fast service too!
One of the best bakeries in town. Try their mini doughnuts and the long skinny premade sandwiches. Outstanding
