I purchased a wig from Karen for my partner who is undergoing chemo and radiation treatment. During this emotional time it was a huge relief to be treated with sincere kindness and compassion from such a beautiful professional lady with a heart of gold. Karen could not of looked after my lovely partner any better, 10/10 customer satisfaction.

This is such a friendly shop and one with a great range of stylish wigs. Some of my previous wig shopping experiences have made me feel deflated and dejected, but my experience at Cheveux on Hay was totally positive.

Karen has great attention to detail, and will work with you to find the right wig. I am especially impressed with her colour matching: my new wig's colour is barely distinguishable from my natural colour.

The staff were very friendly, patient and understanding. The store has an excellent range of wigs and headwear, and is very competitively priced. I would highly recommend booking in an appointment as I was given full attention during my visit which was a really nice touch. I walked away with two wigs for the price of the one that I had purchased elsewhere.
