Chemmart Pharmacy Superstore - Eaton

I went to Eaton Fair Chemist and spoke to Lucy about my elevated Blood Pressure and would she be able to take my Blood Pressure for a week. Lucy's service was excellent and her knowledge was outstanding. I would highly recommend this Chemist for high quality service and knowledge. Due to her help and advice my Blood Pressure was almost back to normal at the and of 5 days.

All ways been helpful and nice to me I always recommend to friends to visit and do there shopping there.

Avoid the place if you want professional service without the risk of snide remarks.

Linda at the front desk was disparaging when passing subscription meds. It is her job to dispense and assist, not poke into private matters and allude that you're undeserving of help.

Shameful behaviour.

Went in looking for some sunscreen for my grandson, spent about 5 minutes waiting to be served. A lady was at the counter but was sat with her back turned and refused to turn around until eventually prompted by another member of staff. When I finally got served she acted like I was a nuisance. What ever happened to the customer comes first attitude from back in my day.the rest of the staff were otherwise lovely and the shop is very nice. I've been many times and this was my first bad experience. Hope this was a one time thing and it can be improved on.

Went in today (Sunday) served by a young lady named Jo who was exceptionally friendly & complimenting. Such a lovely change.

Quick service. I like the individual cubicles for personal confidential care with seats positioned in non threatening style. Security guard present at entrance on my visit at the end of night.

Always had a great experience here, friendly staff that go the extra mile. Don't get many medicines regularly but when I do I always come here for the great service.

I always get prompt service when shopping here even when it comes to choosing my makeup and perfume, the girls always go above and beyond to help me, Thanks Ladies

Never had a problem at the Australind Terry White pharmacy, the staff there are lovely.
We won't be going back to the one in Eaton

I received exceptional customer service from Carol today. She was knowledgeable, informative, friendly and refreshingly honest.

Just went in there today and waited to be served at the counter while two ladies where serving others.when they finished they both looked at me walked straight past and didn't bother serving me. Disgusting customer service will NOT ever go in there again

I went in wanting some help with a new foundation. I am not makeup savvy but when I was met by Jo she welcomed me and asked questions to understand what I was using before and to know how my skin works for me. She was very knowledgeable about the different products they have in store. Amazing service and exceptional customer service for Jo! The ladies who I met on the day were very friendly. Amazing store. Very clean. Very warm. Thank you Jo for helping me with my makeup questions! 10/10

For medical reasons they are good but if you are going to employ staff for retail then train them to know the products that people ask for and that you sell. Advice is taken, only to get home to discover the sales assistant did not know what she was talking about. She could even have just read what was writen on the box instead of giving the incorrect information. I wont bring it back, just wont come back.

Extremely poor service. Despite being quite not one staff member approached me to offer assistance - I was there for 15 minutes wandering up and down each aisle looking for a specific item. The staff were more concerned with finding out why their radio wasn't on. I won't be returning.

I was assisted by a lady called Jo. She helped me find some amazing foundation in the Thin Lizzy line and also assisted me with some other personal needs in the health beauty range. Walked out a a very happy customer!

20% staff are polite, other staff are not so much. Medications are more expensive than other pharmacies. As I waited medicines, I noticed that it wasn't just me with the unwelcoming energy. Like I said 20% are lovely and you will know who.
