A plump girl at the counter was very rude, she had a bad attitude and threw the change at me.

Customer Service is atrocious. I have asked to try a fragrance as I was choosing a present and they just spayed it gave me the strip and walked away. How can someone purchase something that is locked away when there is no willingness to help?

The promise of Chemist Wharehouse of not waiting for your script is a joke. More than a joke it us infuriating. Even when I stand at the counter they don't see me. Serve every one else except me. Numererous times. I hate the place.

Kudos to the staff for a very efficient click and collect service. I’ve already used the service 3 times and each time, my ordered items were ready for collection in less than an hour after the order placement - a very rare timeframe nowadays. Highly recommend this Chemist Warehouse’s branch click and collect.

Kept to their price match guarantee unlike the Ashby store.

I just don't know how such poor retail businesses survive when the service is so basic or worse. I can't even be bothered typing out my issue, i'll just not return.

Update:
Car park at new location is awful. Poor Dawsons must be hurting from the lack of spaces and shambles.

30 minute wait for prescription - can understand when its busy, but myself and one other were the only ones waiting.well laid out store and easy to find products but just far too long a wait.

Absolutely appauling service. Went in to enquire about an over the counter sleep medication, discussed my husbands health condition, they sold us the medication with a printout to read at home. Got home to see he absolutely CANNOT take this with his pre-existing condition. Returned to Chemist Warehouse to return it to which we were told they wouldn't take it back (was unopenned and in exactly the same condition as when we left the pharmacy). $34.00 down the drain and will NEVER go back there! Pharmastist was not interested in anything but the sale. Won't ever be recommending them either.

Clean store with broad selection of products at better prices than most in the area for skin care, hair products and medical.

Incredibly poor service and rude staff. Ordered and paid for product using click and collect. Upon pickup told we couldnt have the amount ordered even though they had the product in stock. No problem at other stores. We would have to come back 3 times.

Locations is terrible for parking not that the other location was any better. They never pick up the phone when you call despite them being open.

Their customer service is also shocking they ignore people and excuses that they are short staffed even though the shop had a handful of customers

I wouldn't waste my time here again.

Waiting well over an hour for prescription. And the pharmacy is not even busy. I would suggest you take your business elsewhere.

Some people should realise that maybe Customer Service is not for them.
My local Chemist Warehouse had moved, I could not find their glaringly bright yellow building.
At the counter with purchase.
ME: “Hahaha! I couldn’t find your building”.
GIRL: “will that be all Sir”.
Oh, okay.

15 minutes wait just to pick up a click and collect order. What’s the point in ordering online if you’ve got to wait this long for service?

The staff in the Joondalup Chemist Warehouse are just down right rude! No manners and no customer service at all! This is not the first time it has happened to us either. One woman behind the pharmacy counter was so rude to my husband that he got into an argument with her and then she proceeded to stare at him and give him dirty looks for the rest the time in the shop. Today two staff members actually argued in front of him about who was going to serve him.i could go on and on. We will certainly never ever go to this place again. Staff are awful beware!

I visited today and had a great customer service experience. Holly at the register helped me, left the till for a bit, went above and beyond and helped me look for that sale item. We didn't find it but the really appreciate the help. Thanks Holly!

Excuses, rubbish service, and unwilling to assist the customer. Save yourself the disappointment and avoid this store.

Horrible experience at Chemist Warehouse. The security person they had on the front of the shop was incredibly prejudiced against me and made me feel very unwelcome when I was collecting my prescription. I will never return to this shop again, and I will tell others not to come to this store after my experience today. They also would not provide their name in regards to me writing a formal complaint against them.and they would not offer any management for me to speak to.
