I just had the best experience ever with the most amazing/helpful person. I got so much advice and help on all sorts makeup and made me feel so comfortable asking all sorts of questions. I am so happy with everything I bought thanks to your amazing staff member

The last 4 bottles of perfume I've purchased from this store have all been gone off! They are storing perfume too long and selling it past it's sell by date. Don't bother buying gifts here. Go to lakeside and pay for perfume you can actually smell and wear.

Worst customer service. Donot accept the mistake. Product was not right. Even with all the proof of purchase they didnt accept the return with in a week of purchase.

Decent shop. But the customer service is poor. The Mina guy at the pharmacy doesn’t have very good customer service skills. Quite rude.

I waited 40.minutes for some one to answer the phone. In theend I hung up. And the on the initial message had a really squeaky voice which was awful

The prescription counter and team are probably the worst I've been too. Either not enough team members or incompetent ones. It doesn't even matter if you go out of rush hour, the service is so slow.
The lady who gave me my insulin asked me to check if it's the right one because she wasn't sure. Check the script lady!
The pharmacists speed of work is at snails pace at best. Dear God it's painful. Be sure to book a day off if you need to pop in and buy something. You'll bloody need it.

Pathetic ill treatment of a service by the staff named "JASMIN" between 12pm-12: 30pm on the 8th of Nov at the perfume section. I exactly mentioned what 2 perfumes i wanted to buy & did not waste any time whatsover by asking mutliple testers on 1000 different perfumes. Despite being polite & specific, i came across the worst arrogant individual i have met at any retail outlets. I completely understand you might have been flat out busy and i am not expecting you to greet and provide me with outstanding customer service, BUT I EXPECT YOU TO DO THE BARE MINIMUM with NO DISRESPECT for your fellow humanbeing. With this nature of attitude JASMIN, you are gonna have a hard time surviving at retail especially anything to do with customer service. At this point JASMIN you exactly know how you mistreated us and what you did. Hope this comment will make you reflect on your behaviour and treat people better in the future.

Management needs more training.there is poor staff training here and intermittent support at checkouts

Lots of products and normally cheaper than other pharmacies, however you can wait close to an hour for a script.

I love this chemist always have what I need, delivery is certainly something I can't complain about either always received my items within 3 hours.take my hat off to the manager ànd his staff members

It’s unacceptable to wait 45 minutes in a pharmacy for a single prescription where there is no other patients waiting. There’s a reason their scripts are cheaper.
Go to a regular pharmacy,
Pay the extra and get what you pay for, basic customer service!

Went there today for a pack of bottles that was cheaper at baby bunting. Chemist warehouse clearly states that they beat the price by 10%. The guy at the counter have never seen it before and nor has been told they could price match, when I showed him the website he checked with the manager! Another lady came up rolling her eyes (even before knowing what was happening) she was clearly not happy working there. I know every business has been understaffed and under pressure, but still it’s not my fault…
I finally got the discount but not impressed with the poor customer service!

This branch is lovely and big with plenty of space in and around the aisles. The staff are very helpful. (If there were a few more members of staff throughout the store I'd have gladly given it 5 stars.)

Most amazing Chemist Warehouse ever. Huge aisles, very clean and so well presented. Lovely staff. Plenty of room for prams and trolleys. Your go too Chemist Warehouse north of the river

Prices are good but it takes at least 20 mins to get a script filled, even when you call up and ask to fill it before even going there. Staff don’t understand you half the time. I’ve never experienced such a slow service.

Was told I would receive a text when the script was filled. Did not receive a text and when I queried of the script was filled I was advised that I should have queried! Shocking service!

Seriously guys, get more staff on the floor! Everytime I come here, no-one at the medicines counter. Have to queue in the prescription quay to get simple over the counter meds.

Cheaper prices but there's always Loooong waiiitttt! Better buy somewhere else and pay little extra.
They should add more people or stop answering incoming calls so they could focus on customers who spent time to come to their store.

Best Chemist Warehouse in the area. Almost everything is in stock, there is plenty of room, most staff are pleasant, and there is plenty of room to social distance.

Whatever happened to customer service with a smile and a thank you. I was served at the counter by a young indian/ packistan man he put my items through didn't even tell how much it came to didn't offer a bag left my items just sitting on the counter and proceeded to chat with the girl next to him very disappointed indeed the day was today Saturday 6 March at 3.30pm.
The only bonus to this store is that it is spacious.
