Chemist Warehouse Fremantle

Needed a fluvax and booked online in advance. When I arrived, after driving around and looking for parking for 30 mins, as well as paying for parking, I was told they don’t have stock. Then to top it off they said their other stores might but it’s up to me to call around. What terrible service. Surely when they received the booking they would have realised they didn’t have any in stock and would give me a call? Went to 777 who kindly squeezed me in between appointments.

Is HORRIBLE, I have never once stolen from there yet every time he makes me dump out all the content of my bag, while he lets other people walk out without even glancing at them! The other day he even made me open my tampon box to double cheak if I had stolen anything (this is absolutely ridiculous). Not to mention the constant following around the store. Even after I had spent over $70 he proceed to make me chuck out everything from my bag, I understand that they he needs to have a Quick Look through my bag but him digging his hands into my belongs is just unnecessary. Other than that I love it there, they just need better security.

Good place to go staff are very helpful the only thing is you have to get there when they open if your getting a script but other than that they are great

The worst customer service at the pharmacy end of the store. We spend thousands of dollars a year there as my husband suffers from parkinsons and dementia. I'm in the store most weeks as a wife and carer but am moving my scripts and business elsewhere.very unhappy and upset

Worst customer service ever!

Before leaving a script at this place do your self a favour and make sure they have what you want in stock.
After driving around for 10min trying to find parking I entered the store with my sick child lodged my script waited 35 min to find out the did not have the antibiotics in stock.
This has happened to me once before at this chemist,
it may be Cheeper but the inconvenience is not worth it
On another note after standing waiting so long to get serve I noticed the buzzers that are used to call you to get your script are not wiped down after each use, that is absolutely disgusting so many dirty hands touching the buzzer, who knows what you might catch, YUCK!

Got the west Australian paper Saturday with chemist warehouse specials in it, Yves saint Laurent rive gauge on special for 79.99, went to chemist warehouse in Perth to purchase, didn't have any the only chemist warehouse to have it was Cannington, why advertise a product when you don't have it in stock VERY ANNOYING

Went there today and got earrings for 14.95 and i gave the girl $50 and she gave me $5 change and i understand a silly mistake with cash so i didn’t really care but i said i gave her a $50 note and needed $35 change and then she said i gave her $20 which i didn’t so then she gave me the correct change and rolled her eyes at me.she might of been having a bad day but it was just unnecessary.

Good prices but terrible customer service. I went to buy an ankle strap and sat for about 10 minutes trying on ankle straps. When trying on a particular ankle strap when an employee ran over to me and stated "Ms you must buy that now". Luckily it was the only one that fit. Keeping in mind I tried on about 7 different ankle straps that had cardboard packaging this one that I bought was in plastic packaging and could be repackaged no seal had to be undone. I asked why hadn't someone come over to help and she responded "why didn't you ask for help".

Terrible service, no one knows what their doing in the pharmacy. I also got charged incorrectly at the register, then got told to go back to the pharmacy, then the pharmacy took me back to the register. It's being run like a circus. Please train your staff

Customer service is disgraceful, so much so that when a customer goes into this store in a wheelchair they get accused of stealing because they have to put items in there lap. The Manager is discussing and it shows in their customer service, steer clear of this store, particularly if you are disabled and in a wheelchair.

Terrible customer service, I have three examples

1. I went to get a specific perfume and asked if they had any in stock, they said no, and I asked if they could check and they just confirmed they had none, when I left the shop and walked passed the window, I saw the exact one I was looking for

2. Went there yesterday to buy my girlfriends dad a cologne and instead they sold me an aftershave instead, they didn’t even check twice before they sold

3. Was planning on buying a SMALL perfume and they confirmed the price to be 79.99 before they sold it but they didn’t check what size they grabbed and ended up selling me the bigger size, i at least got offered a refund but they should be checking BEFOREHAND what they are selling

The only good thing about this place is the prices, customer service is a weakness in this place

I am on a regular monthly medication that needs to be ordered in advance. Last month was advised that they would pre order, that they realised that I picked up regularly. Went to collect today. They didn't have it and their reasoning was that I am the only person who is on it who they order in for, but a person from interstate needed it so they gave it to them.no words.

Great store loads of good priced items! **But don't ask any 458 Visa's for any help or customer service they wouldn't understand the 1st thing about simple courtesy or the basics, assisting with a product enquiry**

The pharmacy to shop in. They always have cheapest prices. Medications are cheapest in comparison to any pharmacy. Sometimes, it gets quiet busy and you have to wait for the script (thry give you a buzzer to let you know when your meds are ready), you just walk around ending up with a busket full of products you didnt initially came for.but well, they, besides being cheap, are essential for the household anyway.

One thing i am massively impressed about chemist wearhouse in freo is that they look aftee their stuff well with zero torelence of rude/ abusive behaviours. I once witnessed this giant man showing his ID to pick up something for his wife. The cadhier asked whether the order was in his or his wife's name. Simple question was replied in unthinkably rudeness. Her superviser suggested he watch his lanhuage. He still called her an idiot etc.so he was banned from the place. This is a sort of workplace I find safe for people to work in.

It's good. Like any other chemist warehouse branches. Good places to buy vitamins and supplements

I’m a long term customer. They have been fabulous. Pleased to have them as my primary pharmacy.
