Poor staff at checkout…don’t even know how to scan items properly. Saying one of my prescription medicine has not been scanned in last visit (that’s why they charged me more in my visit this time!) which happened 3 month ago. Can not even clearly tell me details.
Continuously changing staff and none of them have any training for the job. In my case none of them clarify the issue. Wait for any prescription medicine for more than half an hour and have that hassle.that’s the regular story of that store.

I went to store and asked a question about redness relief cream for my face. I have tried every other does not work
My face is starting to look like normal skin colour again redness it was Wednesday morning when I bought more days to come it only been 1 day but doesn't itch or sting my face the cream

Sent me away at 6: 15pm saying they arent taking scripts anymore because they are taking too long. Pathetic.

Doesn't matter if you order online through app.
Always takes atleast half hour to get my medication.they just blame the online app.
But it's the same if you come in store.

This isn't just a one time thing it's everytime.

Good place to buy vitamins, cosmetics, prescription medicines and so much more on good prices

So slow they should get dispensing technicians to do the medication instead the one pharmacist doing them all had to wait 30 mins to get a s3 pharmacist only medication

The staff named “Chiew” was terrible, literally zero customer service. Went in to get a perfume we wanted as this is the only nearest store with stock as stated online, we couldn’t locate it in store. Hence have asked “Chiew” (a middle aged lady with long hair and glasses) for assistance, she without a doubt and immediately said out of stock with a grumpy face. We then showed her our phone saying its in stock online in this specific store, she then doubted us and snatched our phone away and said you have not selected the right store, we then said “can you show us where we have done wrong? ”, she then did not saying a word and started using her scanner and searched and finally found that there’s a few more within the shelves for us. She then did not say anything, not even apologising. Terrible customer service right?

Saturday, 12 November 2022, I went to the store to buy a perfume, I was served by the retail manager. He was very rude, arrogant and mannerless. I am just wondering if he is that rude with the customers, how rude he would be to his staff. Wonder why chemist warehouse would employ someone who has no sense to talk to the customers, he definitely needs training to improve his communication skills. Please don’t go there when he is on shift specially when you are with your child.
I am a regular customer of chemist warehouse, never had this bad experience. I will never go to this specific store ever again.

It was a very terrible shopping experience. Put the wrong goods in the special price that causing misunderstandings and the other one was on special but got the original price. After questioning about that, the staffs are pushing the responsibility to one another until the manager. The manager showed me the poker face and didn't let me buy it in the price showed there.
Won't recommend people to shop there anymore.

This chemist warehouse was at a point in time having staff who were not only courteous but also extremely efficient. Our experience this time and today was extremely disappointing. The girl (we did not check her name) took the prescriptions and advised us that it woild take an hour by the time the medicines are finally dispensed to us.
Even after 90 minutes, no action had been taken on our prescriptions and we were constrained to take it back and go elsewhere.not even apologetic and the attitude appeared to be, if you want the medicines from us then you require to wait as long as we want you to.
Time is of essence and it is highly important that some discipline and efficiency in the process as well as competent staff are brought into this chemist warehouse for sure.

Nobody answers the phones. Called back half a dozen times, phone just rang and rang and the rang out!

POOR turnaround time for prescriptions. I've been here quite a few times now, often for prescription medication. IF THE WAITING TIME IS KNOWN, I can decide if I will have my prescriptions filled there or go elsewhere.

Yikes. The staff are lovely but the store is seriously understaffed for the size of the place. Taking over 40 minutes for prescriptions, and another 10 minutes in the que to pay for it all with the store speaker asking for staff left right and cente. Check how busy they are before handing over prescriptions.

The lady name Anna who work at the counter had a really horrible customer service and bad attitude.u need to train properly how to deal with customers first.

Too long waiting time. When enquired as to why take so long time, they said have to type into the computer to verify me. I said I have been here thousand of times and it is not a prescription that requires the Pharmacist to prepare. It is a standard packet and requires no preparation at all.

Went to buy a Narciso Rodriguez Perfume today there was no testers, so I asked the assistant if the 1 I was looking at was the light pink bottle, she said no its the dark so I purchased it and when I got home only to find it was the 1 I already had the light pink not happy $70 wasted. The staff need to be trained in their knowlegde of products

So many products to choose from and so much cheaper than other retail stores. They have everything from hair supplies, protein shakes to perfumes.

You can also get scripts filled for cheaper than other chemists. Savings everywhere!

Really good layout with bigger aisles than some other locations. This store has a massive amount of perfumes and make up brands.

Gentleman on front counter was friendly. Easy parking close to the entrance.

The prescribed medication always sucks.the waiting time is more than 30mins.go elsewhere if u need to get a prescribed medications…

The pharmacist staff is so rude, I was waiting in the queue and still almost half and hour left to close the store but she refuse to give us prescript medicine just 2 different tablet which was next to her.
Ignoring all the pain and problem of patients how can you do that.hopefully karma will return to you.

Staff is very rude. If you rock up right before closing time, they don't want you there and they will make sure you know it!
