Good savings on medication and other products but a little customer service goes a long way, a friendly hello and thank you is all it takes from your staff

One person at the checkout, long queue doesn't call for extra staff, the staff have no idea of customer service appalling

This place is a joke. Closes early. They dont stay open to the hours they stipulate at the entrance.

Im a regular customer that goes to chemist warehouse in butler. When going there today after 4.00 I asked a question to one of the young female staff there to getting a reply back by saying im not sure if we have that product and if so it will be in one of the isle like seriously and when asking the question to her she looked so timid and petrified. Also there was 3-4 staff members in one isle just having a social chat instead of helping customers the service is getting worse there.

Not sure why this place has so many bad reviews. I've been coming here regularly for scripts for the past 18 months and never had an issue with the staff. I have, however, seen plenty of customers being rude to the workers.

I usually buy all medications and baby goods from here as it’s so close to me in Eden Beach. I asked the Pharmacist to sign a statutory declaration and was told no. I asked if I could return later and was told no. I don’t usually write reviews but I was so disappointed by this. I would’ve happily paid for his time. Unfortunately, my business will now be taken elsewhere.

The team on tonight were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and just so friendly. I’m so sorry for keeping you guys back tonight. I thought you guys closed at nine like Joondalup. Really appreciated the extra knowledge and insight about my new medication. Thank you.

I came in with a gift voucher, which has 60 written on the back. I had already spent 33 on it, so there should have been atleast $25 left. I go to use it and apparently there is $16 on it. The girl was extremely rude, throwing the gift card at me, telling me it clearly said 50, when it didn’t. Very rude customer service!

Cheap scripts but so slow service. I usually order on the app the day prior, but the other day I had to go in as the script was new I literally waited 20 minutes for my script, to be told they had none in stock! Why not tell me when I give you the paper?

I have given this store so many chances but employees still rude and do not acknowledge you. Wait times are huge for medications and lining up 3 times to just get scripts is excruciating for us who suffer chronic pain. I won't be coming back. The app doesn't let you upload new scripts either to have them ready for you. This place is a joke

I have been shopping at Butler chemist warehouse for almost 3 yrs. I have never ever checked the expiry date of all vitamins I have bought.omega 3 Blackmores (500 Capsules) that I m consuming is finishing soon. In advance I bght one on 3/1/22. I didn't check the expiry date. The expiry date was 28/1/22 that means you only have 25dys to consume 500capsules. It is impossible to consume 500capsules in 25dys as I only take 3 capsules a day. I only open the new one on 23/2/22 and start taking the capsules and for past few dys I felt nausea for no apparent reason. Then after this morning I realised after taking the capsules that was e cause of it. Hence I checked the expiry date was 28/1/22. Today 26/2/22, I went back there n told the staff what happened. I cannot get a new one cos I didn't go within 7dys. That's not good customer service product expired n caused me nausea. Warning to others please check the vitamins expiry date. I m going to check with consumers association is legal for them to sell vitamins 500capsules which only have 25days before it expires

A friend got abused and spoken to for not wearing a mask. She had an exemption and needed her medication. The chemist guy was very abusive and rude. She ended passing outside the chemist shop, by this stage the police were there. They got the medication, where the chemist guy brought it out to her. Once feeling better went inside to chemist unmasked to pay for goods, then given a banned notice from the store. Absolutely disgusted with this type of service.

The chemists went and above and beyond to get my script filled for a post op relative for me. There was an issue out of there control but they persevered which I really appreciated. Thanks very much.

I’d give zero stars if I could. Very rude pharmacist and staff, they talk down to customers and don’t accept mask exemptions.

Big store, full of staff but none seem to have knowledge of products.
Twice when questions were asked regarding over the counter products the person serving knew nothing.
Once the pharmacist was consulted, I bought the product based on their advice then came hone to find the label contradicted the pharmacists advice.
They had given me dangerous advice.
All of these unqualified people at the back of the store and then usually one person at the register at the front.
Last time I walked out because of the queue.
It’s a new store I hope they read this and look into the issues I have mentioned.

Click and collect not advisable 70% was said not in stock, when I went to collect and the 70% was on the self in the chemist

Staff wasn’t welcoming at all. I said “excuse me” to one of the staff dressed in blue with long dark hair, and she said “wait” and pointed at me and served another customer (who I didn’t know she was attending to; it looked as if she wasn’t busy or attending to someone else). She could have been way more polite, so I told her I’ll take my money elsewhere. Disgusting.

A hideous embarrassing experience. I wanted to buy some over the counter medication but was harassed by the young girl serving me. She began by asking the usual question of. Have you used this before. I am 67 years old not a 20 year old and most likely I will have used this common medication.
Then I was asked a series of questions getting more and more personal. There were a lot of people waiting and I was becoming embarrassed and didn't want to share any more of my medical history with the public.
She then demanded that I write a list of all the medications I take. I refused and told her to go and get the manager. She kept arguing until I raised my voice and told her to hurry up and get the manager. She went. Meanwhile an older staff member came over and told me she is just doing her job. I said I fully understand the duty of care to ask a couple of basic questions but this had become ridiculous and felt like harassment. She then went to find the girl who returned and reluctantly handed over the tablet.
I was feeling very upset by this stage and nearly walked out but forced myself to stop and join the queue to pay.
Some common sense needs to prevail with this questioning of people in public about their health problems.
I hate this Chemist Warehouse and will Never go back in there. My husband has had the same experience.

I will never leave a script here again!
The customer service is nonexistent, there seems to be a culture of it’s just ok to completely ignore everybody. I have worked in pharmacy before and this would not have been acceptable!
I gave them a chance and tried three times on different occasions and every single time the same attitude. It was not just me, everyone was treated as though we were an inconvenience!
