Chemist Warehouse Armadale Forrest Road GP Clinic

My 12 year old niece got bullied in this store early this afternoon. She was looking at some make up and an assistant grabbed it from her hands and told her off. So rude! They were shopping for some gifts! They went out and suddenly she felt light headed after that. She’s just a girl and wasn’t ready for some intimidation from an adult! Chemist Warehouse Forest Rd, do better!

Dont bother using the app to order your prescriptions.you still have to wait in store while they do it!

The Staff at the Payment Counter named EMILY is very Rude. She always shows Aggression and behaves like she is very uncomfortable with the customer who doesn’t look good. The owner must take action against this Staff. She Sprays full area with fragrance after serving a customer. Very Bad experience. Very Bad.

Extremely incompetent. Make sure you check what medications they hand you when you request over the counter medications. I had to return to the store several times as the first time they missed one of the medications, the second time they gave me the wrong medication and the third time they then advised the right medication was out of stock which they should have told me in the first visit. Staff are too lazy to read the descriptions of the required medications and just grab the best sounding one. They also assume you want the chemist brand on prescriptions. Will not be returning to this store again.

Minus stars. Always an issue here. Refused to honour a prescription “repeat” today that was emailed directly from the doctor. Filled the original 6mths ago, but not the repeat from the same email. Rude staff and extremely slow. There are many other stores to go to in the area, so I won’t waist my time here again.

The young lady at the counter was very rude & abrupt we asked where a product was and she said if we can’t find it they don't have it. She was also rude to an elderly man.

We use this pharmacy all the time and only go for the prices. Never known a pharmacy as slow as this one for service and prescriptions. I'm ex pharmacy myself so I do know how long it should take.

Chemist warehouse on Forrest road Armadale staff are good and prompt in service keep up the good work guys

Good variety of products, same as the other Chemist Warehouses. Good, speedy service unlike some of the other Chemist Warehouses

It should be no star. The worst chemist warehouse experience in Australia. Staff are very arrogant. Too bad

If its not on the shelf do not order it through chemist warehouse. Tried to get thc/cbd oil and they are either prejudice or incompetent, 2 weeks to a month to receive any medicine which far exceeds the duration of the script meaning you wont get consistent treatment if you order here and staffs lack of empathy is astonishing considering its pain relief medication.

Should be giving No stars Actually.

It should not take extreme long to give a box of medicine.

I understand you have to input details on system etc but that should not take more then 5 min.

Some one is in pain or even dying but hats off to your wait time. Absoultely ridiculous.

Saw a man high on meth jump the counter because the staff wouldn't give him drugs for free. Very funny encounter 10/10.

This store cannot deliver prescription medication despite advertising this service on their website. It was a very unpleasant experience, the people we spoke to seemed unfriendly and unhelpful. The Shopping City Chemist Warehouse does not provide this service either. Have your script sent to either of the Wizard Pharmacys in Kelmscott instead - they are super helpful and were able to organise same day delivery.

Worst chemist warehouse in the state, spent half an hour this morning waiting for a script to be told they don’t have it in stock. Go to Armadale shopping city instead staff are a lot friendlier and helpful, it must be all the rejects working at Forrest road

Stupid staff handing out the medication in this chemist. You are the reason I spent nine days in absolute pain in my bed and seeking help from several Drs, and two visits to the hospital trying to find out what was going on with me! To find you never gave me my antibiotics, but a script that said “out of stock! ” You never even said “to go to another chemist! ” Thank goodness for the Armadale hospital and the Dr next door who figured it all out! Shame on you Chemist Warehouse!

Terribly slow. Lose orders. Sometimes only give you half of your order and you have to go back to get the rest. Hopeless service! Really bad. I use the app and I have to remind them to let me know how my order is going.

Security guard makes you feel like an absolute thief. He is very judgemental. He should be fired for the way he treats hard working people who have gone in there after work in their work clothes to purchase items they need.
Actually pretty disgusting. We won't be shopping there again. I would go out of my way to avoid that place. It is horrible.
The other Chemist Warehouses I have been to have been fine. This one is the worst I've been to
The service lady was nice though. But they definitely need to lose the security guard in a hurry.

I come here for numbing cream as I'm on dialysis and it's the cheapest price. Pharmacist was very reluctant to give me more than one tube for some reason. Sorry I don't want to have to come back every single week!

Great perfume selection and huge choice of pharmacy items. This is a large store. Wait time for prescriptions is average. It would be wonderful if it were a little quicker. I visited here pre covid 19.
