Chemist Warehouse

Needed to get a document certified. Were told the pharmacist would do it for $3 per A4 sheet, but on cash only. I went to the post office at Cannington and got things done for $2.5 on my credit card. Why the dodgy cash only? Beside that, the staffs were like not really needing you there cuz they got tons of customers?

Fortunately I managed to find the things I was looking for.floor staff not all that helpful being busy with restocking etc.counter staff couldn't have been lovelier.friendly & polite. I found the shop itself to be toooooo crowded & that's not including the people.

Before sharing my unsatisfactory experience, I observed they never reply to reviews.

I am angry, want part of full payment refunded and collect both products ordered! This is the order number: Order #114401406 (Status Awaiting Collection). My order does exist, customers know what they have ordered.

Yet no products I paid for from the evening of the 23rd May. I went to pick up my click and collect order for two health products. On top of it was pouring rain, windy and freezing. Was told and shown on the screen, being told there’s no order. Appearing like I never placed the order. Insisting I have an order for (this product).

The 5’1, old asian lady in the perfume section using a step-up stool to stock the top shelves hates her dead end job and takes it out on customers. Got a massive pole up her dusty moot and the lebo guard at the door is a yapping lap dog cop wannabe.selection is goona just go to the south store and avoid this dump

Alert people! They sell products expired over 7 months! I was poisoned and sat on the toilet night and day. Have reported to the health department.

Waited for 40mins then had the pharmacist try put a higher price on my subsided medication. Waited another 10 mins for them to fix. No apology or explanation as to how they made the mistake.

Call ahead before you collect prescriptions, wait times are really long as this is a busy branch. Maybe helpful if they get more back counter staff. Happy to know they accommodate students for staff.

Pharmacist is very irresponsible and unethical. They refuse to supply my depression medication which i need to take one a day.they were asking to call the doctor to be able to give me the medication on Friday at 7: 30pm. Very destressing to have those pharmacists in the community

Since I have started shopping at Chemist Warehouse, I must have saved hundreds of dollars. So nothing to complain for me. I have shopped at this store a few times and never had any issues. It is a busy place and sometimes there can be a wait to get prescriptions. But hey, you are getting half priced prescriptions compared to your local chemist. Worth the wait isn't it? Staff do appear under the pump at this store and being polite to them would make their day.

Please get some more staff……. Waiting in line for prescriptions plus then waiting in line to pay……. 1 person on checkout with 30 people in line. Would rather pay extra and go somewhere else and not waste my time.

Such a rude staff, my 4 yr old kid accidentally opened a moisturiser and one staff (Asian) suddenly appear from some where shouted at the little one take hold and give us a lecture which is polite at all.please teach your rude staff how to deal with kids and don"t let their frustration on kids which is not Australian way at all.

Best place; most busy; least staffed. Ridiculously higher waiting time for a script. Hope they can make it better

Never come to this shop. The waiting time is extremely long. Waited more than half hour and been told they dont have my prescription in stock.staffs are unhelpful too.

Avoid this rip off chemist warehouse. I purchased two sealed products for my daughter cause she could not go herself. On the day I was very happily assisted by one of the attendants at the shop who said to me take both products and if either of them is not correct just bring them back and you can get your money back as long as the seal is not broken. So I did what the attendant said and when I went to return it the manager said no cause it was them item was warm, I said of cause it warm i had it in the car while I drove to the shop (“just like I felt when it’s 37 degrees at 7.30pm today “) but I suppose that this is another way of ripping customers off their hard earned money. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS this how they are cheap for some things cause they rip off other ways.

After being thoroughly ignored by six different staff members and waiting an age for non-prescription items, I finally caught the eye of a staff member, who said simply that they can't serve me. Why not? Won't say. How do I get my item? No response.

So I helped myself. Suddenly she is very interested in me, saying I can't be in that area. Again I asked how to get the item when nobody will serve me, again, no response. She has the time to come up to me and say I'm in the wrong place, but didn't have the time to hand me one packet.

In this place it's self service or no service.

Excellent customer service from the security guard who worked on the Wednesday 22 September 2021 around 6.40 pm. Sincere greeting from when I first stepped into the shop. Very Professional, made me feel very welcomed. Doing the same to every customer who walked in. When I paid at the cashier, he even helped to take away the basket and packed it away. Going well above and beyond and I feel that he needs to be recognized in some way. 5 stars for this security guard.

Great staff, great service. There is a wait for scripts, but the staff do warn you beforehand and offer alternatives (e.g. Coming back later etc)

Saleena one of the staff she was very rude with me without any reason i was just ask her where is that thing is but she was very rude

I can always enjoy my shopping at chemist warehouse Cannington. The staff are very nice and patient, they can always help you to get what you are after effectively. They listen to you carefully, then recommend the products to you not only based on their professional knowledge but also their experiences. Thank you chemist warehouse Cannington.

Have always managed to find what I'm after at this store. Prices are comparable but service is severely lacking.forget about finding a staff member on the floor bc there are none. Don't come here if you're in a rush though. There is always a queue at the checkout.
