Chefs edge online and overseas service is amazing! I'm based in New Zealand and was in need of a couple of knives for wedding presents. I'm also a chef so quality was important without blowing the budget. Without going into detail too much, one of my knives got damaged in transit (not at all the fault of Chefs Edge), however within the day a new knife was shipped and only a few days later I had the replacement knife delivered (I was expecting a week). I have really high praise for the team at Chefs Edge and more specifically Sam who I had been emailing when I received the first parcel. His response was quick and efficient. For those people on the fence about buying from them as an overseas customer, I can confirm there's no need to be, these guys are legit.
I know where I'm going when I need a new knife for my kit.

Absolutely Terrible customer service. I live out of country and have been trying to buy a couple of knifes. For days, they have not answered my question on price and just say "they are busy" and "working on it". Now one of the knifes I was wanting is gone. I have done business with knife shops all over the world and none of them have been this bad.

The owner was very kind, patiently answering question after question, helping me pick a good knife to start with.
Owner was also kind enough to explain other knives that are beyond my price range at the time.
They are obviously who take pride and interests in knives, even welcomed my inputs of some knives I was looking at that was selling in Japan.
