Cheap Removal Truck Hire Towbusters Ph. 0408003148

Very poor administration. Had to chase them up for deposit refund. We were confident within 3 days it will be paid back but almost 2 weeks now still chasing them!

Definitely recommend! Ron is an absolute delight and hilarious was such a good way to start our stressful day of moving! We used the truck Oliver he was clean and reliable trolley was handy we had him back this avo and deposit was put back on card straight away. Was also super easy to book and Ts and Cs straight forward. Thanks heaps Ron you are a legend!? ️

Great customer service. I collected a truck which had an issue but was rectified very quickly with a new truck. The 7am return was a lifesaver compared to others where the truck must be returned the same day. The booking was quick and easy and the deposit was returned straight back to my account the same day.
Would definitely recommend!

I had the worst experience ever with this tow company, because they charged us extra when the staff specifically agreed with us verbally the truck to be dropped off the pass the return time, or after hours if we feel like sleeping in, and we asked the question ‘are u gonna charge us more’? And the answer was NO, and this lady called us the next day just 20 minutes pass the return time and hammered us speaking very unprofessional way on a Sunday morning saying they gonna charge 100 dollars extra. This is not how the customer should be treated. What a cunning way to make money. The Worst tow truck company ever in Perth. Don’t recommend this company at all because you will get scammed.

We hired a truck from them yesterday and was told that we can return the truck later than 7am if we feel like sleeping in. The agreement of course says "Hire ends at 7am the following day UNLESS AGREED TO WITH OWNER". In saying that of course after a very tiring house move, me and my boyfriend planned to return the truck after 7am so we can sleep in. We even asked if she will charge us if we drop it off after 7am. And we quote "No, we are not gonna charged you". A verbal agreement is still an agreement Yes it was reasonable price until the agreement became one sided

I hired a removal truck and was very impressed with the service and would recommend them as a great business to work with. The truck was well used but fully functional and at a good price.

Awesome place professional and friendly, rented 3 trucks now and every time no drama just good trucks at a very good price and they won't charge you extra for breathing in the trucks like the bigger companies.

Moving is stressful, I found Towbusters brilliant. Ron provided an excellent services and a truck at an affordable price. We used 'Charlotte' she was a fabulous well maintained truck which got us to Kalgoorlie and back safely.

Ron is easy to deal with. Very reasonable price. I took one of his trucks to Bunbury and back no dramas at all, and he is very flexible with times. Would recommend this company to anyone.

The removal truck was perfect for the job, no problems at all. Very friendly and welcoming gentlemen. Very happy.
