The worst customer service ever. The guy behind counter doesn’t bother to talk to customer.

Chai tea well done by young lady trainee.a bit awkward delivery, as she is new I assume.that is fine.lovely.but there were about 4 other trainees, all turned back to the customer are.call me oldschool.but if you try to sell something.the customer should feel a little welcomed.or if you have a meeting.close for that time so noone "bothers" you.

Love this place, the tea is amazing and so are the staff! Always friendly service, even when busy and only have one person on.

The roof has been leaking for months. The young girl serving us is always lovely and kind.

Self serve machine. Wait times are very long. Only had one staff member on completing in-house orders as well as Uber pick up orders. Paid for cream cheese foam and wasn’t put on it so had to ask for the staff to remake and she ended up putting the foam in the bottom of the cup. No option to buy a bag.

Every time I go there, the employees greet me with happy smiles and make me feel welcome:) Especially the employee I met, I think her name was Acasia, she was quick with my drinks and was so lovely to talk to.
Their drinks are always scrumptious and all my orders have been served at a top notch quality. Would recommend coming here regularly, they will not disappoint!

I love chatime but chatime waterford does it best, their staff are so friendly and welcoming and they are really fast with their drinks, i ordered a premium pearl milk tea not even a minute later they had already made my drink! Very prompt workers good job

Unfortunately I have to leave a 1 star review, I ordered a large black peach ice tea on Uber eats unfortunately it had so much ice it became watered down, didn't taste like there was any sugar at all I was really looking forward to it unfortunately I have to throw it away

Lachi is always working by himself at night past 10pm. A very hard working boy. The drinks he makes are very good and taste the same every time i come in.

Great customer service, the two brothers working the night shift were super hard working. My kids loved the drinks they made. I think their names are Lachi and Jamo.

I love coming here! Always nice, friendly service and staff, and they work as fast as possible to get the perfect drink to you! And there's so many different options for mix-ins and flavours, you'll have something new to try each time. Unless you're like me, and have a particular favourite flavour.
I go to all the bubble tea stores, Chatime, T4 and Utopia, and I find that Chatime has the best flavours and mix-ins and most variety of flavours.
And with my loyal-tea (See what I did there?) card I can build up points to get a free drink! Better than what the other stores' apps offer!
This is coming from an avid drinker, collector and lover of tea! I even have my own bubble tea kit at home. (Don't ask how many boxes of speciality tea I have, because it's a lot!)

Good choice for a nice drink, for those who like bubble tea, I would strongly recommend this place or any of the chatime

Usual bubble tea, many options available including, hot, cold, iced, frozen with customisable sugar and ice amounts.

Tapioca pearls are great =)
