ChasingBetter 247 Health & Fitness Gym

Awesome Gym, by far the best in WA. But have noticed the last 12 months, equipment isn't being maintained, AC is either ON or OFF in the mornings, never a happy medium. Machines are never unstacked of weights and staff in reception are rude and should always greet members with a hello and a smile.

The worse please to go. Why:
1.from you entrance no one welcome you, alway angry people in the reception.
2. The toilet so dirty
3. If something suddenly happens to you and you can't go the following week, they will charge you and notify you because you didn't give two weeks' notice.
4. The personal trainer. Zoé, for example, charges you $230 just for half an hour in which she gives you a sheet with a diet and registers you in an app so that you can do the exercises with the application that is active only one week and the next you will have to pay another $230 for nothing.when there are free applications.

Love the chasing better gyms. Special mention to Zowie! She is a fantastic PT! I can't rave about her enough. I struggle with going to the gym due to confidence however she has completely changed that due to her personality and care. Shes always available and checking in to see how you are going which is great. Thanks for being awesome!

Great facilities.ever expanding and bringing new machines, classes, and facilities to the gym goers.open 24/7 and very safe outside of staffed hours

The quality of the machinery and layout is awesome. Great tunes as well. Lots of sub sections for different types of training.

The only improvement could be the timing taken to attend to maintenance on machines that become out of order.

Otherwise thanks for a great gym.

Great team of staff who are always happy to assist especially Andrea in the early mornings who always goes above and beyond for all.

Good value for money, I just use the sauna and ice bath here. They do need to invest in another ice bath with how busy it's getting, and cleanliness in the afternoons is dubious. Staff are generally friendly and helpful. The stand out is a smiley blonde woman (I think her name is Anna) who always makes me feel welcome and is the ONLY one who knows how to get the ice bath cold enough!

I've been working out and recovering at ChasingBetter247 for over 6 months now. The community is great and there are many people that support your goals and efforts. Ice bath facility is my go to for recovery after a hard day for a beautiful reset!

A HUGE shoutout to Andrea (the ice queen) as she goes the extra mile to make my gym experience and ice bath the best it can be! Her positive attitude and joyful aura makes Chasing Better the place where everyone should be!

Increased the cost of group fitness add on and moved us to a small, less suitable space. Charged me a $10 fee as they claim a direct debit was dishonoured (there was money in the account), then took $93 from my account, without explanation and am still trying to get my money back. It's a shame as are some really nice trainers (Zowie is one in a million), but some of the admin are rude and unprofessional.

A place I call home. The space, the staff, the community. I have been at Malaga since it opened and the family I have formed is so humbling. The place is clean, the gym is spacious and bright, it makes you want to be there, especially on the dj nights it is such a vibe.

I have a gym in my garage, that I've spent time and money trying to make functional and enjoyable to use. So it's safe to say, I really enjoy lifting. But I've felt a bit sad sometimes because I miss the machines that help you with form. My wife signed up for ChasingBetter247 and wanted me to join to so we could go together. Reluctantly, I said yes. I signed up again for a commercial gym, and I have not been disappointed! The owners of this gym have thought of everything. It's a bright, clean, very well equipped gym. I haven't made use of the ice baths, the sauna, the recovery chairs, or any of the classes, but I have been very impressed with everything else. The showers are amazing, the equipment is all the latest and always in great condition, the dumbbells have a great weight range, and there are so.many.squat racks. Yeah it gets busy, but that's because everyone loves it.

This gym sets an unfair standard of greatness for gyms. I would say as someone (me) who is in the fitness industry 15+ years I know a thing or two about gyms, and this one is clean, state of the art, staff are friendly and the amenities are really high level. (I don’t work here but I do pay to go here even though I get it free elsewhere). There’s even infra red sauna; regular sauna and ice bath plus compression boots that you can ADD to your memberships- great to just pay for what you use.
Worth just looking to see what’s possible and see what something looks like at this level!

I’ve only been training for 2 weeks now but I’m super happy with the chasing better gym. Love that you can literally go there to do anything, gym, multiple classes, recovery rooms, sauna, ice bath or grab a coffee

One of the best gyms in Australia, and not just due to the facilities and other offerings.

I unfortunately had to cancel as my work required me to move, and I was charged for a few weeks after cancellation. One quick call and it was refunded the next day no issues. Very impressed.

Been going here since it opened in 2021, super friendly staff. I drop my little dude off in the creche and he loves it as well!

Great vibe, everyone works hard and cleans up after themselves. Loved the experience using only the standard deal (10$ a week). Lots of equipment to use in a decently sized space

After leaving my previous gym due to distance, I was looking for a gym to attend. I located ChasingBetter, which is right nearby, and signed up. Excellent facilities, great friendly staff and an awesome vibe when you enter. Highly recommend joining Chasing Better!

Continued to charge me after I cancelled my membership. Even after I followed up to rectify the issue they continued to charge me.
