2 Booked a table with a high chair which I had to confirm twice via email- no high chair set up.
Brought an ice cream cake (which I called ahead to check it was ok to bring.) No member of staff available to take the cake to put it in the freezer, 3 people later and we were able to take our seats. An hour after we arrived someone came to tell us the member of staff had put this in the fridge not the freezer luckily it was saved in time.
We had to order through the app including drinks which kept asking us to tip, not sure what we’re tipping, we were practically self-serve at this point.
The food did come out quickly, large portions. I don’t recommend the nachos… they and all the meat and toppings are freezing cold.
Went to get the cake. The girl brings me the box, I had to ask for plates and a knife and for the table to be cleared.
However my little girl did have a blast on the playground so the disaster of a meal was balanced out with the fact I actually had a break.
Very happy with the day at Charlie's paddock kids happy with the playground parents happy you can order outside no leaving kids unattended food was really nice everyone enjoyed what they ordered
