The staff are lovely and very welcoming. I left feeling great and more confident. They took the time to listen to my hair care needs and did what they needed to make sure my hair looked amazing but was kept as healthy as possible. Would highly recommend.

I’ve been coming here for the past couple of years and always left with my hair feeling and looking amazing.
Except last time, my hair had that orange tinge to it that I wasn’t happy with.
I went back to show Analene and was promptly booked in and Jolene went above and beyond to ensure I left there satisfied and happy.
I will be going back, I love the friendly service and comfortable environment.

Pretty disappointed. Rang and asked the cost of a half head of foils and was told $90. The stylist did a quarter and said she would do a half head next time when my hair was longer. I was charged $99. I then asked for the cost again of half head and was told $147. I was definitely quoted $90 for a half head of foils! Rang two other salons and one was $85… the other $71.40 big difference!

I was recommended by a friend. I went in to see if they could fix my hair after another salon did a job I wasn’t happy with. Annalene looked after me and fixed my hair. I was really happy with it. She also told me some tips that I didn’t know and that no hairdresser has ever told me before. Will definitely be going back there.

UPDATE
So after a few months of going there the attitude changed towards me and the cuts weren’t as good as they had been.
I think because I’m on a low income and couldn’t go as often as some people would be able to but I could definitely notice a change.

I had an all over colour and it wasn't until I got home I noticed a big section had been missed. My regrowth was still showing and so were all my greys

Amazing and friendly staff that are very professional and good at what they do. They have always been able to cater to all of my needs and have never let me down. I have been going for many years and will continue to go. Can not recommend Chantilly more.

After paying $188 for some foils and a trim ON SHORT HAIR I don't expect to be 'dried off' and left with semi wet hair and no style.all because it's bang on closing time. WONT BE BACK

Yesterday at this salon I had the worst haircut. I took a picture of what I wanted and discussed it with the stylist who proceeded to hack at my hair. I had been growing my hair for months so that I could have the style I wanted but now it looks like a knife and fork job. My expectations were not unrealistic but the result is unbelievably bad. It will take months to recover.
The next time I’m in the shopping centre I will call in to show her what a mess it is, I thought it may improve when I washed it and blow dried it but alas no improvement.

Had an absolute shocker of a beard trim an another barber. Ended up with this terrible looking goatee/beard thing (didn’t want a goatee, had a full beard.long story) Visited chantilly and the girls were just lovely. Consoled me and managed to blend the beard to make it presentable. At the end they refused to take payment. Absolutely unbelievable service Thank you!

I’ve been to other Hairdressers but their Prices were expensive like $30’s to $50’s although I would like to try this Hairdresser.

I had a wonderful and perfect hair cut from Adeline. She is awesome, friendly and beautiful lady. Highly recommended to this saloon.

Excellent services and brilliant style cuts. Would highly recommend! And go back if I am round this way again:)
