The reception staff are amazing and always willing to help. Dr Waller is a very caring and supportive Dr and takes the time to listen to you as a patient.

Used to be our local dr used to be good now they seem poor to average and have forgotten how to give basic customer service, they no longer do walk in or a cancellation list becasue it’s to hard on the words of the reception lady - also we don’t always work full days - didn’t even enquire why I was calling to see if they could help I very much like dr Ola but the rest of the place since Covid seem to be taking the Mickey it is very disappointing from todays experience I wish I could have made it half a star to no star very very disappointed in the drs I used to recommend to others

All of my family see Dr Satish Devata at Champion Medical Centre. Dr Devata has always been very thorough and professional. His attention to detail is second to none. He takes time to listen to our concerns, explains our condition and treatment in a simple and clear manner. I highly recommend Dr Devata.

Absolutely disgusting my daughter seen dr ola today with her 2 month old baby… the way he treated her was disgusting she ended up crying…. He yelled at her because bubs wasn’t eating hence why she was there and bubs hadn’t eaten since last night and was seen early this morning.would not recommend a anyone with a baby see him

My wife and I feel so privileged to be given the personal, proficient, and highly competent advice and assistance of such a highly qualified physician. His support staff are likewise efficient, courteous, and welcoming. The 'team' work together in a streamlined manner in serving their clients needs.

I went for an appointment today and after waiting for a while without being seen I needed to leave for another appointment. Adter requesting a rebook I was informed that the doctor would see me shortly so I went to wait in the room I had been asked to go into. The receptionist started making fun of me 'being too busy' and that the doctor was delaying me and also said I was looking to waste their time. I don't think she realised that the door to the room I was in was open and I could hear everything. Or maybe she did. I think this was completely unprofessional and inappropriate. I will avoid returning.

Great friendly service… the staff at the front counter is very friendly… even equally good whenever tried to reach the clinic via phone ️… lots of parking spaces available.a chemist ‍ shop is within 100 steps of the clinic… and Dr ‍️ Satish Devata is very knowledgeable and very good.trust him 100% …. Overall a great practice

Dr. Satish devata is the best doctor ever. He genuinely care for and listen his patients. It’s been around 8 years since we first visited Dr. Devata on friend’s recommendations. I still remember coming out of medical centre and crying because first time ever Doctor heard my concerns and didn’t tell me to go home and just take a Panadol. He got my treatment done for my veins and pain that i was suffering from for years, went away. Since that day, we only visit and trust Dr.devata. Whoever visited dr Devata on my recommendations, later came back to thank me. Honestly, He is THE BEST. Thank you so much dr. Devata for looking after us.

No more a bulk billing place. Wonder why the change? Its such a shame and disgrace, when medicine is all about the money.

I'd like to say what a wonderful medical team are at this centre, I had a sudden medical emergency and was able to walk in and I was taken care of straight away with such professional care. Big thankyou to the Doctor and staff for this. Great people.

Do they need to get me to confirm my doctors appointment 4X in 24 hours? It’s more than excessive, it’s spam.
2 automated text messages, and it doesn’t matter what you type, you’ll get the message “thanks for confirming. An email, and then a phone call.
I know it’s not the receptionist fault, they just do their job, but it’s just annoying that when they call you think it’s actually something important.

Receptionists are holding his place back from being perfect they tend to talk down to people and come across quite rude the doctors here are exceptional though

Receptionists are the main problem - very rude especially Julie and Marian. Now they have new batch of receptionists replacing the others that have left- who are incompetent and ask stupid questions! Julie pulls faces and talks down bout patients- thinks we don’t notice it!

Dr Jay provides genuine care and has an interest in patient health. Been through the wars a bit this year, and Jay has made it as pleasant and easy as going to the doctor's can be.

Very bad customer service. Receptionist, Marian is so rude who has no respect for patients and treats them like they are at her mercy. She will call you and hang up phone on you, no coutesy etc just to name a few problems. There are many reasonswhy we do not want to go there anymore. Today I lost patience as it keeps going on and on with their rude behaviour. Appalling service.

A receptionist with glasses is so rude and disrespectful to clients, I will not go there anymore. Such bad medical clinic ever!

Dr Ola is the most caring, knowledgeable and approachable doctor. He is informed about all areas of women’s, men’s and children’s healthcare. I can tell him anything and be completely honest and not feel judged or stigmatised. I feel he really understands our individual situations and goes above and beyond in making each personal issue better. My family feel so privileged to have him as our doctor.

Dr Tharavasan treated me competently and courteously when I had a hypoglycemic event. I never found her manner rude. Sadly, Perth's isolation has proved it to be the perfect compost heap for racism and ignorance for the past 50 years.
"I had to wait more than 10 minutes". What a joke! Never stopped to consider that there are OTHER PEOPLE who might have something that needs more urgent treatment than your hang nail.
Front line staff deserve Oscars for their patience with patients.

I have an apointment at 9: 10am and it is already 10 am and my name hasn't been called yet. I came in 5 minutes before my scheduled appointment. I have been on this centre before and I am not sure if I will book again.

My husband and I have been going here for quite some time. We see Dr Devata he is a genuinely caring and thorough doctor. The reception staff are wonderful Marion and Nadia thank you. The nurses are very good at what they do and always make you feel relaxed. I would definately recommend this practice. If you ever need to wait just remember it is because these doctors are passionate about looking after the health of their patients. One day it might be you that needs extra time. Or better still if you need a bit extra time book a long consultation.
