9After coming to this center for years, all of a sudden can't go without paying $70. Absolutely ridiculous.
Dr. Anna is such an amazing & lovely Doctor. The receptionists are very nice & pleasant too. I love coming to this clinic and I even recommend it to my bestfriend and she commented the same. Salute to you guys And thank you for the great service️
This GP practice discriminates against you based on what medical procedures you do not want to have. Wish I could give 0 stars.
Dr Hai Ngo has been our family doctor for over 15 years. I have never had to wait for more than 5 or 10 minutes for him, he is very thorough, knowledgeable, caring, and respectful. He cares for each patient on an individual basis. I have never felt like just another patient for the day.
The main receptionist Kerry has been there longer than we have been coming and is very patient, helpful and friendly.
This doctor's surgery is by far my favourite!

But woulndt recommend the Chinese dr" dr Ngo" hardly talks to you

I just moved to Champion Lakes & booked with this clinic near me. I was very pleased with the consultation I had with my doctor. She was friendly & knowledgeable. Dr Anna was able to diagnose my infection & gave me a treatment plan.
I've been here for over 3 years, I am disappointed at the way a few doctors have treated me, I had a feeling I had osteoarthritis, but they say to me, what do I know. I get treated like a Streetkid, no thorough examination. I gotta go to hospital to get a thorough checkup, very disappointed.
Dr Anna Assim is very thorough and has helped my little boy with his chest problems when other doctors have not been so helpful.
After moving here from the US, I had to get new prescriptions. I don't have health insurance, so I pay full price for everything. I went to see the GP there. He prescribed me the most expensive bc imaginable.
For my second prescription, he told me he wouldn't prescribe it, he said "Australia doesn't do that. " I find out months later that it was an over the counter medication. I'm very displeased and I will never go back there again. The doctor was also rude. He made me feel embarrassed and extremely uncomfortable.
