My fish taste like someone pee'd their pants and that says alot other than that my cheese sausage and chips were fantastic

The portion sizes are incredible, staff are always very helpful. Chips are always good and perfectly salted, not soggy at all and always fluffy, also seems like all the fish is fresh.

Only just discovered this place, the first time was great with huge serving and cooked just how I like it. Came here again last night and got a mega deal for 4.5 people and everyone commented how good it was yet we only got through half of what we ordered. The left overs were put in the oven for lunch the next day and was still good. The servings are huge and the quality has been spot-on. Keep up the good work Challis Fish and Chips.

I have have been going here for a few years, great serve size and always great tasting. The staff are very pleasant, but hey they are always rushed off their feet so I wouldn't expect a 5 minute convo. Yes try them out if you haven't already.

I used to come here atleast 2 times every 6 weeks. I know it's not much but I spend upwards of $50 per visit.
I guess there must be a significant turn over of staff. Was in formed tonight that I cannot swap the squid rings in the snapper for 2 for a serve of onion rings. I know it's a small thing. But it's the little things that count, right? And the young lady that served us treated us like we were annoying her. So I will now be taking my business to either dial a snapper Seville grove or fat bellies armadale central.

Always consistently amazing food. The fish batter is never too thick aswell never too oily. Good large portions- great place to feed the whole family.

Food was okay, definitely not the best but customer service was quite poor, when they screwed up our order they weren't apologetic, instead passing the blame back on us and were quite rude.
