We moved to WA and were looking for a new home. From the start Jess from Chalk Real Estate has been very helpful and she understood our needs with the difficulties of FIFO timetables to be available for viewings and completing paperwork etc. Jess was very knowledgeable about the property and gave us a detailed run down of the history and what may need attention. I am extremely disappointed with the real estate services I have received. It's baffling to me why individuals entrust their homes to these purported professionals for sale or rent. The lack of responsiveness to emails has been particularly frustrating.

Absolutely worst realestate agency when it comes to getting your bond back will do everything in there power to rob you of it and don’t answer there phones or respond to emails so you have to go into the office to get any answers at all 100% do not recommend to anyone

After months of searching and applying with no success, we had a lot of viewings with James, he went above and beyond to help us find the right place for us. With a property he’d sent us, that was what we were looking for, he passed us onto his colleague Ramona, who has been excellent with the entire process from viewing, to paperwork, to move in day. She was excellent explaining all the details and answering every question we’ve had. Made it a very smooth process. Highly recommend.

Our property was listed with Chalk property and we were impressed with the way everything was handled. Dave Tanner was exceptional at going above and beyond our expectation.

Pretty disappointed that we have purchased a house through chalk - the agent was friends with the owner. Old termite activity was disclosed to us. We had a pre inspection check done who advised the property needed to be sprayed.
At the time we were told the owner and real estate agent organised the house and shed to be treated.
We are now post settlement and have found significant water damage after removing bathroom tiles and termite activity in the house.
The real estate agent now says that the shed was only sprayed.
Not at all happy with the service and feeling like we have likely had the wool pulled over our eyes.
Property was also sold to us without a decommissioned septic tank - we had to bring this to their attention and received a slight discount at purchase for it but legally it should have already been done.

Make sure you triple check everything when using chalk real estate

We were very impressed with your representative Hayley Tubbs, from the initial viewing to the present day. She has been extremely friendly and helpful in all aspects of the process.
