Had my BMW transported from SA to WA CEVA exceeded my expectations I was expecting Xmas delays but the transport was brought in in far earlier than predicated. Delivery driver was great and the Perth office reception desk provided fantastic customer service that team needs to be looked after thank you.

I moved my Evo X with Ceva Premium from Adelaide to Perth,
Was quoted I think ~29 business days and the original ETA was set at 02/01/2024

The car was dropped off 17/11/23 and arrived in Perth ready for collection on 27/11/23, so it arrived much earlier than expected and only took around 10 days.

I think you will often see people will only leave a review when something goes wrong and the vast majority of the time a good experience is just expected and so feedback is not left.

My experience with Ceva was great, no fuss or hassles, car arrived safely and promptly. Highly recommended and would use again.

Had a red vs ute picked up from Portland Vic to go to Perth WA. On arrival in Perth it was noted that somewhere while in Cevas care, the vehicle was vandalised and parts stolen or swapped out. They refuse to fix or replace parts or a refund. Absolutly disgraceful!

Worst delivery service ever. 20 business days and still no delivery. I was told 8-10 business days before getting payment

They damaged my car through complete negligence, then when it came to insurance they basically told me I should of read the fine print. Never use this company they are a nightmare!
And then they pretend to reach out to you after a bad review but never answer your emails! If only I could give minus stars

Do not trust your car with them. Absolutely disgusting and incompetent service. I have been without a car for 3.5 months now and still not received my car. ETA was 6 weeks, it has now been three times the estimated arrival date. It is likely the car was never shipped or went to the wrong date. The car was was due today and now has been delayed for the fourth time!
My husband has spend 5 hours in total on the phone to them. They offered $190 discount for 5 hours on the phone and thousands of dollars lost to hire car costs.
They do not care what they put families through without a car. We just want our car back. It was reported to be sitting on the Sydney warf for months, unacceptable.

From the moment I called Ceva to make a booking to transport my new M5 from Sydney to Perth, the process was flawless. The tracking site kept me informed about the car movement and to my surprise, I got my car 10 days earlier than estimated! Car arrived in the same condition it left NSW. I’d definitely use Ceva again. Thanks

They quoted 5 weeks to get my car from sydney to perth (enclosed all the way - door to door service). I thought that seemed a bit long at the time.

But after just under 3 weeks it was at their depot in perth. They offered me a cab voucher to collect it rather than have it delivered to my door. I’m sure it works out better for them but it meant I got it straight away.

The overseas call centre is pretty average. But the tracking website is pretty good (if a bit laggy) and the service at the perth depot was excellent. Car in perfect condition.

Incompetent, Useless and appalling.could not rate it any lower than 1 star unfortunately. Damaged my car, do not have any form of customer service. Lied to me multiple times. They never answer the phone or take responsibility for their actions. Absolutely disgusting service. ***DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY***

Professional vehicle transport. They transport 800,000 cars year!
The only company I would trust

Terrible and immensely stressful experience. We used Ceva for interstate transport months ago and are still without a car. They don’t care and customer service cannot help. Management do not car and are incompetent.

Worst service! Could not pick up car from home like arranged - then can not deliver car to new destination as arranged so had to travel at our own expense and time to pick it up then had to wait for over an hour to get it brought round from the back to front!
Plus - the reception ladies couldn't even understand what we were requesting and had to ask 3x to spell the number plate!

Update: they could not find the keys cos 1. They were not tagged and 2. Cos there was a Holden KEYRING with keys for a Ford car.
Next time ASK the owner so they don't have to wait 1.5hrs on a 40' day!

As others have said, delivery times and estimates are meaningless.
I was quoted 5 weeks from VIC to WA. After no updates and a missed ETA I called and was basically told, you'll get it when you get it.
The original ETA of 16/2 changed to: 25/2,2/3,7/3, and now 13/3.
That's just delivery to the wharf. Who knows how long from there.
The wait is one thing, but the inaccurate and ever changing ETA is my main gripe.

Update: 19/3. It’s now been 70 days. Still no car. Still no eta. That’s an average speed on 2km/hr and dropping.

I will start by saying do not choose this provider as all they will provide is headaches.
My car is nearing 4 months and it has still not moved since.
I have been given over 20 date changes of arrival which speaks for itself.
The oversees call centre is useless and will tell you the things you already know.
I was referred to this company by a car dealership and wish I went with who I intended on choosing rather than this poor excuse for a business/service.

Car came earlier than expected.
Some low life took my Fragrance Trees from my glove box.
Obviously you have thief's working for you.

FORD FG G6ET shipped from Melbourne to Perth without a hitch.
Car arrived on time and in the same condition l left it in.
Very pleased, highly recommend CEVA.

Sydney to Perth! 8 days Earlier Spotless and was clean af did they wash my car idk but happy Customer here

Car had been sitting at depot in Melbourne 14 days since the drop-off until i emailed them and was told there had been an 'error' in the administration system so the car delivery was not confirmed.
When the car arrived in Perth, they did not call to arrange a delivery time and confirm address. They just showed up at an address I made clear as 'temporary'. Car was returned to depot and they advised a further delay in delivery to the correct address due to staff unavailability.
I need a compensation to personally pick up the car at the depot. I can not wait until your next delivery. I have work and appointments.

Just wanted to say thanks to both the QLD and WA depot. Reception and managers were refreshingly good with customer service. Why is it so hard for others? Professional outfit, always nice to deal with. Cheap way of getting your car around Australia.

Melbourne to Perth - prestige car scratched. Warrenty service is terrible to get hold of anyone. It's been a week and I had no response, they said they need to do an internal investigation to see who did the damage. How is that my problem? Fix the damage you caused then find out which one of your lot is more incompetent.

If you want your car scratched use them.
