17Absolutely great place to learn. The guys at highway truck training made my experience great and stress free, to getting my MC license. Very patient friendly and knowledgeable instructors and awesome office staff Harman. And Sam. Would definitely recommend. Kellly and Jaskaran are very professional trainers their motivation and encouragement made me achieve my goals today. Learned a lot. Thank you for the best support and I 100% recommend this place for heavy vehicle training and assessment.
Terribly slow.
Dealer shipped my car from Melb to Perth. It's been 6 weeks, which is slow enough considering the $1,200+ cost. It's also a week past due with no ETA. Not so great since there are companies who charge about as much for "same week delivery".
The current advice from their overseas call centre is that vehicles take around 45 days for delivery. I also couldn't actually get a clear answer as to whether my car was on a ship, since it missed the original departure date despite sitting in the yard for over a week. The last tracking update is 1 month old.
Basically: You'll get it when you get it, and we can't tell you when that is.

I have given my car 10 days ago and call today about status so they told me that will call you after 7 days but not sure it will reach or not.and their website or online booking is saying that will deliver with in 7 days.they are making people fool.thank you and sorry for your great service I will never going to use it again
1ycx152 large truck with car trailer almost caused an accident on tonkin highway today at 9.30am through his dangerous driving. Switching lanes into other traffic almost hitting cars and almost causing accidents behind him. Not good advertising for your company.
Terrible service! Can't get through on phone. Cheap but not worth the hassle. Car gets parked up in their yard for weeks before getting shipped. 0 stars from me
Really bad customer service - was told it was ready to pick up by phone then had to wait over an hour for them to drive it around when I got there.

Really wish I had read the reviews on this before booking - they are one of the more expensive car carriers getting round and they are absolutely useless. A month to go from Melbourne to Perth and their overseas call centre just gives you the run around without access to any information. We sent my wife's car with a much cheaper competitor and they were a dream compared to this. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Hopeless and liars. Tragic, useless and unhelpful overseas based contact centre. Online tracking is a joke. My car is now 10 days past the latest promised date. Staff just make up stories to explain away their ineptitude.
STAY AWAY! I have just been told by one of their operators they don't even log previous calls between customer and agent. If you call a main depot in Sydney for example and no one picks up, the phones re-route to the bookings line. They can't even escalate issues. What a joke.

Car shipped from Sydney to Perth. CEVA looked good for shipping time. Misleading. Tracking website not updated. After numerous unreturned phone calls I found out on "pick up day" that there is a rather substantial delay. Got the car six days past their ETA. Car was good, and recently washed - thanks. Better communications would make a lot a difference. People can deal with delays, if they are aware about it.
SINCE WRITING THE REVIEW BELOW Ceva have acknowledged my request for repair and have provided the funds to correct the damage. Just had to keep at it.
AVOID
Had my sports car transported from Hobart to Perth. All very streamlined.until I reported damage I found on my undercarriage. Have had no success despite emails, photos and phone calls. It has been close to three months now and I reckon they are just hoping I will give up and go away.
Honestly, I would NOT recommend this company and if I could a zero star rating - I would. They broke my window and which I've paid for to fix my regulator at my own expense. Not reliable and I do NOT recommend you booking through them. They never apologized, took ownership or even bothered to call me. Disgusting customer service. I would stay away from Ceva. The worst experience of customer service I've ever experienced. DO NOT USE THEM!
Its been 26days my car is on board from Sydney. Random delivery dates given and still nothing.communication gap between every dept and call centers. Their tracking system is malfunctioning! OMG why do they run the operations if they cant handle the pressure?
In the whole company no one has answer for where the hell is my car?
Great experience so far. I work here as a warehouse assistant and I really like the work culture and the kind people. Thank you CEVA for giving me that opportunity!
Unfortunately not very impressed with the management's unreasonable and not practical expectations from customers picking up goods. Some /most staff are very friendly though.
