Centurion is the club I’ve ever gone too, Slade made my sign up very easy and all the stuff and club members were super welcoming. They were all understanding of my training level. It’s amazing how quickly I got into shape and quit smoking!
Honestly mma training is one of the most healthiest things you can do. I’ve made some great friends there. Everyone helps everyone. Just an amazing club. I would give it 6 stars if I had the option.

A couple of my family members have trained at Centurion for a good couple of years now. I’ve heard nothing but great things about the club. I had met the coach a while back when I enquired about my grandson starting, Slade was really helpful and sounded like a great coach, unfortunately my grandson was a little too young at the time. Would highly recommend

My daughter trains at Centurion. She’s been there for a couple years and I just went to her fight show last month to watch her and some of the other guys from the club compete. I’ve been really impressed with the level of skill coming out of only a small and part time club. That speaks volumes about the knowledge and skill that the coach has. Slade is an excellent coach and a top bloke who loves to have a yarn. I’ve met him on quite a few occasions. They have just painted the place and put new mats down from what I hear. They seem to be always upgrading the club and making things better for the people that train there. I’d definitely recommend anyone to give it a go!

Slade is a fantastic teacher
Learned a lot for self defense even though it is a fight school
I feel more confident than I've ever felt before

I’m so glad I made the decision to join Centurion MMA. It’s a very welcoming, supportive and positive environment here. Great bunch of people & no ego.
Slade is a very skilled, patient instructor, and a top bloke.
So if you want to upgrade yourself in any way, whether you’re already experienced and want to be a more well rounded martial artist, a complete beginner and want to build confidence, or just get more fit while meeting a bunch of cool, authentic people, this is the place!
As hard as it may be to take that first step, just do it, you won’t regret joining!

I have been training at Centurion MMA for the past 8 months. I didn't have any martial arts experience before Centurion so I was feeling pretty anxious and intimidated about joining. Like, literally sitting in my car freaking out in the car park about coming in or not. Almost driving back home on a couple of occasions! It was weird, because I was always so excited to come back each day since each session was always such a good experience, but I'd be lying if I said the nervousness went away after the first class. From the moment each class began though, I felt welcomed by everyone. Fully out of my depth and comfort zone, but welcomed. I felt good being there. No one made me feel like I was a burden to their training and that was probably the thing that I was worried about the most in the beginning. Since I'd started, people have come and gone, but the culture of the club has remained the same. The culture is unlike anything I've ever experienced before. Everyone helps everyone. We learn from each other, we laugh at each other. It's not all serious; we have a good time, but we get the job done too. The Coach is probably one of the best dudes I've ever met, actually. Fun, energetic, passionate, very supportive, empathetic, extremely patient, and very humble. It's pretty evident where the culture of the club has derived from. Having trained in various parts of the world, he is also highly skilled and knowledgeable in a range of martial arts forms. His delivery of instruction is easy to follow and the learning is pretty sequential. He demonstrates well, he corrects your technique, and he joins in and trains with you when he can. It's easy to see his passion and commitment to martial arts, and to teaching. The venue itself is pretty good. It gets a bit warm and humid at times when there's a few people training but it's not too bad. Between Muay Thai and MMA there are plenty of training sessions available each week and it's not expensive at all. I did a lot of looking around when I first decided to train and I feel like I've definitely found the best place for me. When I think back at those days of sitting in my car fighting with my head whether to go in or not. I'm just so grateful to have found the strength to win that battle because honestly, training at Centurion MMA has been the best decision of my life. And fully cliché I know, but this club has definitely become my family.
