DO NOT RENT FROM THIS AGENCY. I am their tenant and they have been bullying us for the last 6 months. They would say we have not paid the rent when we actually did then they would aplogize and say it was our accounts. When it comes to fixing the house they will ignore you. They need to be reported to the authority for causing distress to their tenants. I can’t wait to move out.

Although this real estate has had some bad reviews in the past I'm happy to say that they have really upped their game. We have been renting through here for the past 2 years and it has been such a nice experience. Any maintenance issues we've had they've gotten onto in a timely manner and have also been very understanding and helpful during the move out process! They have gone above and beyond for us and it has been such a relief and made an already stressful time much easier on us. In the future we will definitely be looking to rent through Centrepoint Realty again and highly recommend them!

Our experience with Valerie has been quiet great. We rented an apartment and Valerie was our agent and she has always been helpful and supportive towards us. Very happy with Valerie. More than 5 stars.

I was a tenant with this realestate for a brand new apartment in Cloverdale for 1 year. There were so many issues that occurred, where it wouldn't be fixed for months at a time. There was a change in the property managers and everything was a mess. I was billed for a repair for the master bedroom toilet when it was not usable for the first 6 months. It costed nearly $500 for the job and we had to pay out of our own pocket. The kitchen sink tap would fall of because of the high water pressure, and that wouldn't be fixed for a while. The gate to enter into the apartment continuously broken and not fixed. There were many occasions where I missed work because the gate would not open. When we first moved in and the first few inspections would be cancelled and we wouldn't be notified. The rent kept increasing but the quality of the company's responses to problems were atrocious. We would not have minded the rent increase if CENTREPOINT realty had acted properly and professionally. When we decided to end our lease after 1 year, we were billed 50+ dollars for an oven light bulb. Not to mention, we were emailed a few days after we moved out that we owed them $3 for the light bulb because the gst hadn't been calculated. The fact that the owner responded saying that I wasn't an applicant, shows that they do not take responsibility for their lack of care for their tenants. I am so glad that I do not have to deal with them anymore.

Well I was their tenant for 4.5 years and would have continued to do so for another couple of years if they haven’t increased their rent by whooping 80$.
Spoken to the agent regarding rent hike and got a simple reply “Owner simply wanna enjoy current high tide in property market as loosing a good tenant is not his concern right now”.
It was a new house (I was first tenant in that unit) thats why never ended up calling them for any fixes except for two when they have sent a contractor to fix my aircon after 3 days and 15 days of reporting the fix (which is not too bad). However, we have requested them to install security cameras in the strata which never happened and never likely to happen in future as well. Moreover the front security gate is broken from ages and remain unfixed (largely because tenants interfere with its system every now and then, property management has got that fixed many times though)
I am still not convinced with their calculation of water bill and the way they distribute that over every unit.

They have responded to every query and email in couple of days in the life span I have lived their)

Like many people in the strata past and existing I was concerned about my bond (many have told us you can never get your bond back in half let alone collecting that in full)
But In my scenerio I have got every single cent of my bond back and without any trouble.
The house I have presented back was immaculate and free of damages (except for general wear and tear caused due to poor material used).
One of their property inspectors emailed me the time they would have been inspecting the property after vacating it. I visited at that same time, he admired the condition of the property along with pointing out mirrors are not cleaned to expectation. He was graceful enough to give sometime to clean that only thing to expectations and came back to visit again with a thumbs up.

After 18 days of vacating the house I got my FULL BOND back. Not only bond they have sent me another 285$ which according to their ledgers I have paid extra at some time (they have contacted me themselves for this extra money sitting with them and asked for my bank details). This ethical action is the big reason I have decided to rate them 5 stars.

Despite mentioning the good facts above, I am still hurt the way I have been slapped with rent hike two times in 8 months (with the argument that owner wants to increase rent, I have friends whose owner valued the tenant and never bully them with rent hikes), it was outrageous.

So unprofessional,

Personally i don't like/prefer to give bad reviews but agencies like this think they can do whatever they want is totally unfair.
I am not going to tell the name and shame that person in the company but i am so glad that i am not dealing with Centrepoint anymore.

If I received a good customer service while i was renting through Centrepoint late last year then I might have gone ahead and look out for the available sales options through this company earlier this year but it seems like staff members are too unresponsive and knee deep with their work.

I don't actually know where to start with this real estate company expects please do not ever go through them ever unless you want to be left homeless because they want to put your rent up by a extra $164 after march they take your money like your bond they take you to court with no reason too! They are rude dismissive manipulative I had to break my lease with this company because I was not paying $564 per week in rent after civic restrictions were lifted it's taken me 4 months of headache to try and regain my money losses back and still nothing luckily I have a lawyer that can see through there greed and can maybe help myself and my family out of this horrible situation so we will never have to speak or deal with this horrible real estate company again! If you want to feel integrated and feel obligated in signing unrealistic contracts then go to this company they will sure take every single cent you have and still try and take you to court for your bond money too and all there other unrealistic expenses they like to add on! They have left me and my family broke and homeless!

Please do not rent with this company I beg you save yourself I honestly don't know how this real estate company are still even legally allowed to be open for business!

The worst of the worst property condition and management and never rent from them, DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. WHETHER COMMERCIAL OR RESIDENTIAL.you rather be homeless then to rent from them. Trust me in this. They are the 1st to send a message for rent collection for one day arrears but never responded AT ALL to repair when needed and bathroom was half done in tiles. Everywhere was leaking when it rains heavily and roof came in and collapse and nearly hurt the employee, and roof with brick nearly fell onto my client. And no show from Property management until a legal letter was send They did not response to our request for repair for a year or 2. Need a lawyer to write a letter to get response. But they claim they award the job to contractor but contractor still yet to know where the leaks are. All a jokes as you can see from the photos. RUN away from Centrepoint Realty,

New update, latest leak.
Terrible agency as you can see from the photos. More leaks and even the bucket over flow with water.but do they (Centrepoint) care, they keep send contractors to quote and quote since Nov, finally got a subcontractor in May 2021 and just got to get a few place patch up, but rain still pouring through. This is the place we renting from.
They have a few places for lease, my advice DO NOT RENT FROM THEM and DO NOT LET THEM manage your assets. Your reputation will be ruin as they are useless and DISGRACE is too good of a word to use on them.

I have had a super pleasant experience with this company. The property managers are very helpful and lovely. Hubby and I had to move out due to our family growing (twins!) and the property managers have just been so helpful in the process. Thanks for all the help:)

Friendly, supportive customer services; timely, helpful, professional responses.

I have been renting from Centrepoint Realty for more than 7 months now. They have always been very responsible, very responsive whenever there was a problem. For the most of the time I felt that my feelings are valued and my concerns are addressed properly. Never felt brushed off or put aside as a tenant. Good work guys!

I invested with Centrepoint 4 or 5 years ago and bought a 2/2/1 apartment - overall the experience has been very disappointing with poor feed back and extremely poor workmanship and build quality.
The treatment of there employees is nothing short of a disgrace!
The complex strata is now run by Centrepoint and if it wasn’t for M and John this company would be almost impossible to deal with.
Head ache after head ache with the simplest of tasks
If I had my time again I would never get involved with anything the Manios family (Centrepoint) has anything to do with and I’d suggest if your either thinking of buying or renting from this company DO NOT, I’ve had two friends that have also been left out of pocket by poor property management after tenants did damage and unpaid entitlement.
Most of the apartment I’ve seen are extremely poorly made/constructed and you most certainly can find better else where.
Tread very careful went dealing with these people and I’d suggest never do.oh to have my time over again
And after reading other reviews I’m not alone in thinking they are a poor business
I feel sorry for the good people that work for them and the hard work done by John and M are the reason I have taken action against them

I am super happy with my property manager Makere Hammond, from the get go she has been very responsive to all my questions in regards to renting a unit, not to mention very efficient in everything she does. No requests big or small will be ignored, absolutely recommending to everyone who is on a look-out for renting, trust me, you would want someone like her who responds to emails/calls promptly especially when you have an immediate issue which needs resolving right away.

I've been working with Cetrepoint since March 2019.
I do Handyman repairs and cleaning for them.
I always say I look after people who look after me and they have certainly held up their end.
John has been a pleasure to work with. Responds to my emails, calls and messages in a timely manner and talking to the Tenants I hear good things as well.
John has made sure I'm paid promptly, usually before the 30 day terms and follows up on a regular basis to make sure everything is up to date. As a start up small business this has been very helpful.

And a big thanks to Rhona:) who has also been very friendly and helpful.

Work process has been very smooth.email me work orders and I do the work or call me with urgent jobs that pop up.

I've seen several bad reviews but the team I've delt with does not deserve them.
