The team at Centred Space Wellness Group are amazing. I always feel so good after my adjustments with Dr Zara and the massages with Michelle are incredible. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Great treatment, great communication about the treatment plan, and all the staff are so friendly

When I first came to see Zara, I could barely walk into the clinic. She worked with me to develop a treatment plan and this is the best my back has ever been. The lovely reception staff have also kindly watched my baby when I've had to bring her in. Do yourself a favour, I wish I came sooner.

I have been attending this centre from the beginning of the year and been seeing Dr. Zara.
The service has been great from the treatment plan to actually executing it. She is easy to get along, very experienced, knowledgable and provides a detailed explaination on the issue and way to solve it.what is also great is, the treatment plan is a plan and you can discuss this along the way.
Dani at the front desk has also been very helpful in setting me up and booking me into the system.the reminder text messages are very useful to ensure I know my appointment time.
Overall, highly recommend to attend as it is not just chiropractic but the treatment focuses on your overall well being.

Dr Zara is amazing, I have had the best experience at centre space wellness group. Went in with constant back and shoulder aches and now since seeing dr Zara the aches have stoped drastically.

Dr Alex is extremely thorough in her initial assessment, I was impressed with the in depth analysis of historical medical history along with identifying pain points etc. Have definitely started feeling better with pain experienced since starting treatment. Easy online booking system.

Friendly staff great atmosphere, thorough consultation and the continued care is just amazing. Dr Alexandra is amazing highly recommend.

Dr Zara is brilliant! Just after two adjustments with Dr Zara, I have feel better than I have ever before. She compassionate, very knowledgeable and understanding.

I went to Centred Space with a very painful lower back, poor posture and stiff neck. With small adjustments over a period of time my ailments have completely gone. I no longer walk hunched over and I can go for long drives without put strain on my back.

A big thank you to Dr. Zara and Dr. Karli for the great work they do.

Would highly recommended Zara, shes genuine, caring and professional. Her treatments have helped significantly and she is the best chiro that I've seen.

I have been coming twice a week for severe back pain, my referred pain is now minimal and Zara has been helpful managing the remaining pain. A calming and comfortable clinic, I travel out of my way to come to this practice as they are just amazing.

Zara has been our family chiropractor. She has helped me recover from migraines, whiplash after a car accident and assisted my body to self heal using craniosacral.
Zara is also my son's chiropractor and is fantastic with children. (Even when they won't sit on the table).

Dr Alex helped me when I was in desperate need of immediate attention. I did not have an appointment as it was an emergency but she was able to see me right away. Her advise and continued care has helped me tremendously. I also love the fact that she uses alternative medicine where needed.

She is the best, she knows what you or your body needs and she helps it.

Dr Alexandra is truly amazing, she’s helped me deal with stress from my studies, my lower back pain that’s been preventing me from a good night’s sleep but not only that she has also helped me with recovering from sporting injuries that have always giving me pain and grief throughout the day.
