I found this organisation to be organised and efficient in setting up mediation. The reception staff were polite - to them I say thank you. The last 3 years have been very stressful to say the least.
It’s a shame that a representative for Fathers rights couldn’t be in on the scheduled appointment. Just to level it up a bit. I’m trying to be helpful in providing feedback but understand you guys are essentially reading from ‘The Book. ’
No matter how unreasonable or spiteful the other party is, there’s nothing you can do but roll over, bite your bottom lip and tow the line. That’s the reality. If you don’t get that - you’ll most likely end up in court.
I had 3 Mediators. 1/3 had the care factor to listen.

The staff are lovely, but are easily fooled by narcissistic individuals coercive behaviors.

A waste of my precious time, energy & emotions.

You could rock in the corner in the fetal position and it’s classed as making an effort.

Turn up, have a sook, say you want to go to court, walk out the door & you’ll get your certificate saying you were genuine.

This is part of the family court process?
Very disappointing.

No faith in having the right thing done by anyone.

Came here for different things over the years, mediation and therapy sessions.it does have a great feel about the place happy staff parking can be a little bit of a hassle.

An absolute waste of time. They can not be trusted. Don't go here. Find somewhere else to go. You will regret attending, I certainly did!
