Dr did not provide results of recent test results.stock standard generated letter suggesting everything ok and to make another appointment for follow up.no indicaton of diabetes hbaic results which I would liked to have known disappointed

We visited on Christmas Eve. Quick, friendly and not busy. Have to get better at where to park but services we had were bulkbilled. Clean, tidy and Christmas decorated.

Dr Zachary Denz, has been our doctor for the last 4 years, what a roller coaster ride it’s been, he has been super supportive and compassionate though all the ups and downs, could not ask for a better dr, not just in sickness, he has listed to me have a rant about other specialists and try’s to find the right person for the job…. Couldn’t ask for much more then that, he’s a caring dr no matter what is wrong with you, and all round great persons to deal with professionally and personally

Reception staffs all friendly and kind, been seeing Dr Tsui and shes been professional and caring.

Dr Denz has been my doctor for most of my life, and his care and attention to my whole of life health experience encompasses a proactive vision for common sense approach to diet, fitness, mental balanced day to day care and self-initiative outcomes. My health at 68 is better than I could ever have imagined, and with the long future of health care I will experience with Dr Denz, I am totally confident it will continue for a long, long time. Good health.

Getting an appointment was easy. Dr Zac was amazingly helpful and knows what to do. The reception was friendly as well.

Easy to get an appointment and flexible to do phone appointments/escripts if you can’t make it in. Practice doctors vary in their levels of competency - I wish they would more freely consult each other, especially the registrars. The senior doctors are a safe choice. Never had a bad experience in 9 years. Private billing.

I had a great experience at this Medical Center as a foreign patient; I, unfortunately, had a severe tonsillitis diagnosis during my biz trip to Perth; it was fortunate to have Dr Kye Tan’s patience and professional diagnostics significantly reduced my symptoms; she also introduced me to the delicious Cantonese porridge for my sour throat. ️

I've never felt less listened too, nor my life left feeling so demoralised then I did by the doctor I saw.
I left the clinic crying on both occasions I saw this doctor. This doctor had zero interest in me being in their room. While they diagnosed me with a very unexpected/rare illness they didn't give me any information about this illness or its incubation period which turns out to be life long

I would give zero stars if I could. Unless you have the flu or like to hear lies about Covid, this practice is nothing but a meat market money making machine. I'm a former vet of 20 years who's body has been through a lot. The doctors here have a total non-caring attitude, will do anything to get out of doing any work, refuse to sign anything, even deny providing assistance for operations that they have sent you off for. They will even delete all record of these operations. I am pursuing complaints through Hadsco and seeking legal council to take matters further.

This clinic represents the very lows of the medical profession. They will shamelessly lie and modify their medical reports after the fact to cover themselves and make you look crazy in their evil web of lies. Do yourself a favour and stay away, at least this will keep you from being penniless and jobless.

The worst ever. Now I have to pay for the tests that have not even performed. I went to this medical centre do some swap tests and once I finished it I asked the receptionist where I should take my samples and she said put it in the box next to the reception desk so she can pass them to the pathology. I was away from Perth for a while because of work and received an email with an attachment from here that says none of the tests have been done which means my samples have not been passed to the pathology. And last night there was an invoice from the pathology in my mail box asking me to pay for the tests that haven’t been done. Why do I have to pay for something hasn’t done because of somebody else?

I’ve had a massive hypochondriac episode these last couple months. There’s an unbroken line of cancer that runs through every generation of my family and for whatever reason that hit me hard recently.

Mathew John was the second doctor I met at CCMC and it was a blessing in disguise because I’ve been seeking multiple opinions. Upon first consultation the concerns I had for my health were instantly mirrored and matched by Doctor Mathew John, and despite him maybe having an underlying instinct about me being healthy, he let me proceed with testing and referrals that helped erase my concerns. One by one, test by test Doctor Mathew John will not only inform you about your results but translate them from esoteric medical language to English for you with examples and images to help ease your mind and educate you along the way.

I’ve sought many opinions from multiple doctors across Perth in this time and I’ve found Doctor Mathew John stand head and shoulders above them all in terms of care, compassion, kindness and a depth of knowledge that dwarfs all others in comparison. He is qualitative in his approach and quantitative in delivery.

This is the best I’ve found in Perth. Mathew John is the number one Doctor I’ve ever had actually. I will follow him where ever he chooses to practice. Thank you for all your blessings about my well-being and I wish the same upon you too Doctor MJ.

I have been a patient here for many years and had nothing but good experiences. All medical issues are treated with respect and genuine concern. Dr Selina is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and helpful.

The best Medical Centre I have had the pleasure of attending. Dr Matthew John is an outstanding doctor Penny, thank you for your patience and to the other wonderful reception staff, you do a magnificent job day in day out without little recognition.

Located in a corner of a public transport premise, i was skeptical. However they were the only clinic that was available to treat me during the new year holidays.

We were surprised at how professional the receptionist was when booking us in over the phone. She gave us details of the costs we can expect and gave us information on the procedure that no other clinic had bothered to explain to us. Non of that monotonous, irritable attitude that is quiet the industry standard for this role.

I was treated by Dr Edmond Ip, an absolute gem of a GP. Such thorough, caring and down to earth service. From his treatment, i also believe he is highly competent.

Dr Ed was assisted by a lovely nurse, i believe Charlotte. Apologies if i got her name wrong - she is the one who is still studying and loves dancing:) She was very kind and took very attentive care of me.

If we continued to live in Perth, Dr Ed will be our family GP going forward.

Dr Kye so professional and responsible, calling me to inform my results. Really patient and kind and caring! Highly recommend!

I had such a great experience at this medical centre. I unfortunately had forgotten my phone at work and could not pay for my appointment, but Kate in reception was so helpful giving me options such as invoice etc. She also let me call my partner and coworkers to organize a payment over the phone and organize for them to come and drop off my phone. Kate was so patient and kind with me. Then I had my appointment with Dr Nara Kim who was excellent! She was so professional, friendly, she listened to me and did a very good job examining me. Best doctor I have seen so far in my life!

Dr Kye Tan was very approachable, knowledgeable, and showed genuine care for my health. She went above and beyond what we expected for a prescription appointment. Would definitely recommend and will be back. Thank you Dr Tan, a very enjoyable doctors experience - one step closer to nirvana.

My partner recently saw Dr Kye Tan and her care was above and beyond. Dr Tan was incredibly thorough, caring and provided a clear treatment plan for us. We both felt we were in the best of hands. We are visiting from South Australia and we wish that she could be both of our regular primary care clinician - I wish more human medicos were like her. Highly recommend (especially to queer folk!).

I couldn't get to see my own Dr at my usual practice so was recommended to try Central City MC. Was able to get in straight away and seen by Prof Tunde Kuteyi who was professional and thorough and spoke to my cardiologist for a follow up. Thank you.
