Excellent service with detailed explanations of injury suffered (posterior tibialis tendonitis) and best way to promote healing and prevention of relapse. On the day treatment included massage, acupuncture and strapping. A big thank you to Elena who was the treating podiatrist on the day.

Keith Cheng was amazing. I went to him with a hip too painful to walk with after a fall while running. In about 5 weeks he got me back into pain free running

I feel like I am treated with respect and courtesy when I attend my weekly gym program for Physio (Keith). The reception team are polite and very personal and provide a very warm welcome (Alice is tops!).
I really feel I am making slow but steady progress towards my wellbeing goals and I can tell that the crew here share the same passion as me.

When you badly sprain your wrist & a month later you start getting numb fingers, I obviously should have seen a physio a lot earlier. Not only did I get to see Chris the day I rang, but he's a great listener & explained things so I could understand. In one apt Chris used multiple treatments & we now have a plan to look after my wrist long term. I would be devastated if I couldn't use my right arm to create my art, so thank you so much Chris for your expertise & care.

My daughter had an appointment with the podiatrist Dr Elena 6/5/21, and honestly she was professional, knowledgeable, gentle, good with kids, gave practical advice that had the patient's welfare foremost rather than trying to hurry us out the door.
She took the time to answer my questions and dispelled my worries with logical explanations. Identified issues quickly too. She knows her stuff.
The service I can't fault so a high recommendation from me.

Alison physiotherapy was outstanding I came to see her, she full checked every possible direction that my joints could move to, to explore every possible reason why the strains that I had when I arrived were sorted thoughly and explained what she was about to do and why then followed up with stretching n strength exercises, not to mention the dry needling which as a combo with the pressure points were exactly what the doctor ordered I will return every rnr thank you very much.
