4 I engaged Central Avenue Homes to design and build my rear strata investment property in Yokine. I had originally been to a couple of volume builders but the reps I was dealing with really did not have the experience and I lost confidence quickly.
At Central Avenue I was dealing with the builder and my first meeting was with him and their designer which was vastly different to the larger builders.
They managed to design a great home inside my budget and the job was completed in good time to a great finish.
They were also flexible enough so I could complete a couple of things myself which really helped.
We are really happy with the finish of our home. The time to build was pretty accurate, too.
The best thing was - that we were able to deal "one on one" with the designer, right from the outset.
We also had just one supervisor throughout the whole project, which was fantastic.
We loved dealing with a smaller family-run business so we could get the design we wanted, rather than trying to get an existing home design to "tick all of our boxes".
We definitely recommend Central Avenue Homes.
Great family-run business to do build with. Extremely helpful to us, all the way through the process of building our new home and it was great to be able to deal with the same people throughout the process.

We were excited to finally be in the position to think about building a home on our own block of land in Perth.
However, as our block was an awkward shape and size, we found it difficult to select a design that would not only fit on our block, but have everything that we required, included in the design.
Luckily, we found a specialist builder - Central Avenue Homes which is a family-run business. We were able to discuss our needs with their own in-house designer and we couldn't be happier with the result.
We were given an approximate length of time to build and it was pretty close too.
