Absolutely disgusting, cannot change the price tags for the same item that’s on a pallet to what’s on the shelf so they expect you to pay extra, the arrogant staff blame the amount of selection they have and new staff that changes regularly and also have no in store management at the time, apparently Raj is the owner. Paul was the person who served me and the other guy behind the counter with the short fringe and long hair who has been there a while and knows I’m a regular took no control at all, made a regular customer disappointed and also another customer walked out before getting served. Replying to So So, stinking of urine and a known nuisance? , really, you probably won’t know me if I was standing at the side of you, your words are regarding a person you don’t know personally, that is discrimination. I’ve been going in there for 5+ yrs, there’s a reason the old staff all left at the same time, the new staff don’t seem to be able to be able to do their job, prefer too much chit chat with each other and have an attitude about them, always have since the new owner took over, the staff that don’t feel comfortable with it leave after a short time. I don’t know what you drink but I never judge people, to say what you said is offensive to myself, if you would like to provide your full name, I still wouldn’t have the bother or waste of time in offending you

Normally love this place but went today (I know it's Christmas and people are busy) but I was charged the wrong amount for my beer.the price on the fridge said $28 - I pointed this out to the young guy on the register and he just said "yeah sorry it's scanned at $30 so that's how much it is" [smiling]. I couldn't be bothered arguing, and to be honest it's only a couple of dollars.more the principle of it that annoyed me and the lack of care from this guy. It's a shame cause this place is normally great - but this left a really bad taste in my mouth. Beer made it better pretty quick!

Cellarbrations is a very good shop to find out about current whiskey trends and new bottlings.definitely visit one of the tastings or a whiskey fair there

3 stars only unfortunately!
The store is located all wrong, at the back end of the complex, hidden away in the corner making it non visible to passing public.
BUT not a biggie, can deal with that, then such a big store a of the 3 items that I have enquired about are not available? (Nothing unusual, a cask of Dry White wine was one of the items).
For a Superstore it is quite expensive compared to others
I found that it's heaps cheaper at other bottlo's which is a big no no in my book!
BUT it's not all negative, others will say it is the best! And everyone is welcome to there option and there right too
On the positive side
Great staff and staff friendly services
Online delivery service through Menulog! (which is a absolute PERCENT perk for a bottle shop too have). WELL PLAYED
AND EVERYONE IS HAPPY

Wow no other bottle shop like it in Perth or in Oz for that matter! Vest ready beer selection you will ever see, can even buy beers on tap

An amazing place, just like Aladdin's cave! Hundreds and hundreds of beers available as well as a good wine cider and mead collection. Staff are very friendly and helpful offering free samples and canning of draught beer. Occasional visits and samples from local brewers. Parking can get a bit tricky as it can get a little busy and shares with local IGA.

Amazing selection of sour beers. Really nice and helpful staff. Definitely worth going out of my way to visit.

Probably the best beer selection anywhere south of the river, plus a reasonable wine selection too! Friendly knowledgeable staff, one of our favourite places to shop for liquor of all types.

Awesome range, I believe it to be under new management and ownership with all new staff!
That being said they are doing a great job, they are friendly and endeavour to do all they can to meet your alcohol related requests.

If I could give a zero i would have by far the worst service. Know nothing about beer. Please get better staff

Massive range. Great staff, highly knowledgeable. The biggest range of beers, especially local Aussie craft brewery IPAs that I think might take half a decade to explore!

Amazing selection for beers + spirits (ok wine). Mostly amazing staff but one staff member (bearded bloke, dark hair, tall) has made toxic inappropriate comments to female friends multiple times. Very bad vibe, sort it out please

If i could give this store and the family of those who run it, id give 100 stars! Best liquor store in all of Perth and Fremantle area. The staff are caring, kind professionals, and treat us like family. Excellent selection too. Can't say enough good things about this place! Thank you for ALWAYS looking after us

Always been my go to, growler fills as well as a huge selection of craft beers and all the rest. Whisky selection is prominent too.

Couldn't ask for a larger selection of craft beer's and ciders, this place is huge!
It will take a while to get through their selection and they have rotating taps to can beer on the spot.
Always a nice trip to this store.

The management and staff really know their stuff. And their selections are large and broad. Something for anyone and everyone!

Great selection of beer & spirits, do a rotation of tapped beers to bring home. And super helpful staff!
