Cellarbrations at Fremantle

As someone who isn't knowledge abt wine, you would want to visit this place. Owner was helpful with selecting something gd within my budget. Value for money.

A lifesaver, when no other stores around or closed, like in Fremantle when liquorland closed.

Ripper shop. Denise tells me I'll be famous one day and gives me haircut advice which I don't follow which might be why I'm still an unfamous jabroni.

Service sets them apart, theres enough variation and discounts if you not at the richer end of your week

Been there 2 days ago and saw a cheap wine that ended up being a very good wine. Yesterday I call the shop to be sure they have more bottles before I drive there (30km away from my place) talked to a nice person who told me that they have plenty in the stock that I can come at any moment. This morning I went there and the person in the shop was very unfriendly and just told me that there is no more. I insisted and told him about my call the day before and what i ve been told but he just didn't want to check again. I told him I drove all this way because someone from the shop told me to do so and he didn't seems to care that much. I insisted again for the third time before I left the shop and he finally accepted to go have a look on the back. He came back with the wine a cartoon and ended telling me that they still have many cartoons left. Very disappointed and very upset that I was about to go back empty hand because this person just didn't want to make his job, I bought 22 bottles after paying he didnt even gave me my receipt, I have to ask for it and when I checked my receipt I realised that he made me pay for 28 bottles. I showed him the mistake and he corrected it.
My feeling when I left the shop was that This staff member was very unprofessional and unfriendly. A very bad experience for me.
