Thanks for your assistance last Saturday night.
Bottleshop service appalling. Generally surly and dismissive with limited ability to greet and help, more attentive to the current playlist Instore, checking phone etc. Tonight no exception, after a 700km trip was greeted with a closed door at 7.15 (closing at 9pm) and not a whisper of hospitality. Got the ticketed price wrong as usual, kept me waiting while they checked out my possible dishonesty. After the transaction no verbal interaction let alone cordiality whatsoever, not even an offer of a paper bag, thanks or can I possibly let you out of the store? Nup, totally ignored. Wearing rolled up sweat pants and badly dyed hair wasn’t helping the brand of Cellabrations. Hospitality, manners and product knowledge go a long way in this struggling economy.
Extremely friendly service, super helpful and knowledgeable!
Definitely worth a stop if you’re in the area! They even assisted with tourist recommendations and must sees!

If I could give it a 0 star I would.
Came in yesterday after a long journey refuse service because there was a child in the back seat. Asked where the nearest bottle shop was and he refused to tell us let alone help us then continued to give attitude so told the guy to not be so rude then he abused us swearing saying horrible things about our money and family and that we should F*** off back to where we came from.
Absolutely disgusted, coming from someone that works in retail I understand it's frustrating but should not be downgraded as women and made to feel as low as this person did.
Will NEVER go into a celebrations store again.
Popped in to grab a 6 pack one night and was really impressed by the laid back helpfulness of the two staff, Split Beard Guy and Clef Tat Guy. Thank you!
