13The female staff member is nice and friendly. But the male not so much he never greets you or nor does he say goodbye. Needs to brush up on his people skills
Quite possibly the worst customer service in Perth as far as bottle shops go. The owner can't even greet you with a simple smile, let alone a friendly greeting.
His response to me even requesting some form of normal customer to merchandiser interaction was met with a few abrupt statements to which his wife volunteered to serve me. I appreciated the service she delivered and quite frankly if the customer side of the business was handled by her and he sat in the corner looking moody instead or something else there would be a better customer retention rate.
The guys from Grain Cru are amazing. Great range of craft beer as well as wine and spirits. Always great service m/.
A really good local bottle-o. Prices better than Dan Murphy’s and an interesting variety of world beers and spirits.
Don't know what the bad reviews are about i love this store and owners are very friendly.door is left locked for safety god knows how many times they have been robbed.
They sell old beers that was disappeared all gas even though over 3months from expiry date. I have got a refund but they lose the confidence. BE CAREFUL, They sold old beers as special prices.
This is such a great liquor store, the staff are so friendly and also there are a lot of great deals and prices all the time on popular liquor.
This would have to be the worst bottle shop I have experienced! I frequent this bottle shop every afternoon during the week and 50% of the time the door is locked and no one in side, yet there’s a flashing sign indicating that they are open! Very disappointed and will not be using this bottle shop again
The Pear Cider is an amazing bargain. I WILL definitely be shopping at Cellerbrations in Bentley ASAP.
Worst experience ever. Walked in and was asked to leave the store because I walked into the cool room to pick up a carton. Apparently its staff only but sign clearly states any customer needs to be responsible when walking in. I will never go back and I don't recommend anyone does
The staff are so polite and very informative about all their various liquor products and everything they sell. Also they have liquor items that I can not find anywhere else, as well as great prices and amazing specials all the time. If you live in Bentley, then this is the number one store to goto, go and see for yourself and you will be very pleasantly surprised
By some how if u have a weird kind of interest of liking people to treat you rudely and ignorance, this will be one hell of the place you definately need to visit! Keep up that attitude!
Great smaller liquor outlet. Very friendly and helpful owner operators. Always has a great range of product with many specials on imported beers
