Customer service was excellent; very friendly and helpful on the phone, rang when promised and turned up at the agreed times. Best value folding chairs that I was able to find, and good condition for the price. Other companies often can't be bothered with smaller events and have ridiculous minimum spends and delivery prices. Not so here, highly recommend.

I’ve been coming to this shop for years, always deliver the goods I need at the time with good service.

I was going to use the company as it seemed to be pretty cheap. But was unsure after reading reviews below. I contacted guy to enquire about costings the other day. Was not issued formal quote. Unsure if GST was included in prices on internet as no quote supplied. He seemed quite grumpy when I wanted to clarify things like delivery charges etc. Email replies were 1 sentence answers and minimal information. Think I might look elsewhere for our hire items.

Feel like I've been assaulted! I just walked into Celebrations Party Hire to hire 40 Chiavari chairs for a wedding party. After reading the other reviews I thought I'd politely ask the owner (Stan) if I could just take a look at the white cushions to check the condition. He went crazy! Ebenezer Scrooge should not be working in a party shop! I went straight to Pedersen's and happily spent my $600.

Place had everything I needed. So convenient that it was open on a Sunday when none of the others were. The owner is so kind and helpful, I'm not sure what the other reviews mean.thank you!

Look at his attitude.no smile or greetings.just looked as if someone came for asking for free.no it is not for me.

This was the first time I took a balloon (number 4) to blow it with the Helium gas.

I didn't do my homework before. He charged me $15 just to blow one number 4 balloon.

I fill like I have been assulted. His attitude was even worse than the price.

I don't recommend tgis shop to anyone.
