Trusting Celebration Homes with our first home build was the best decision we have made. As first home builders, we had our doubts about picking the correct builder, specially when choosing to build in such turbulent times. Celebration Homes exceeded all our expectations and did an amazing job with our home. We can not thank our New Homes Consultant, Steve Johnstone enough. He went above and beyond to reassure us and to deliver on the promises. Our built was complete within 10 months! We have had the pleasure to work with Gemma and Liz Slade as our client liaisons and they are the absolute best. All our questions were answered promptly and even if they did not know the answers, they promptly found out the information for us. Communication with them has been so easy and transparent. They have always kept us in the loop of what was happening and if there were any wait times we were told in advance. We would also like to thank our building supervisor Colin, for delivering such great quality build. Our independent building inspector was super impressed with the quality of the house. Thank you Cellies for the beautiful home you built for us <3

Gavin from Celebration Homes has been fantastic to assist us in selecting the right lot and a right plan when we are so far away in Sydney. He made sure to go to the site and show us the lot on camera and also took us through some of the display houses to show us exactly what we are going to get with the options we chose. He goes far out of way to give us a 7 star service. I don't think we could have bought a property so far away from Sydney without Gavin's help and excellent service.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Steve Johnstone from Celebration Homes as our new homes consultant, and I have to say, he exceeded all of our expectations. From start to finish, Steve was professional, knowledgeable, and always willing to go above and beyond to help us build our first home.

Steve was also very responsive and communicative, always keeping us updated on information such as price increases whilst providing valuable insights and advice. He was available to answer any questions we had and made sure that we both had all the information we needed to make an informed decision.

After a really poor previous experience with Niche living, my partner and I were dreading to start the process again from scratch to build our first home together.

After doing a little research we found an area which we really liked so decided on Sunday to go there for a drive around and get the feel for the estate. When we did this we stumbled (not planned at all) across a street of display homes in Myella Estate in Wanneroo. I was hesitant at first and did not want to view any home displays however after back and forth conversation we parked and decided to head into the closest home which was the Celebration one, and this is where our journey started.

We were greeted by Oscar who gave us nothing but his undivided attention and treated us as if we had known each other for 10+ years. Oscar was never pushy and after hearing about our previous experience he was willing to talk to us and educate us on how it should look for people wanting to build and how the ABN group works. Again, never once was Oscar pushy or chasing a sale but after an hour and a half of general conversation we were filling out some information for Oscar to pass on the in house mortgage broker for assessment - I can't stress enough that never once we were pushed to do this, it was our choice to complete the form as it wasn't something that we did before.

During the week we had further conversations with both Oscar and Ivan from resolve finance who let us know we were in a good position after providing some additional information and it was very much possible to continue to work with Oscar to look at land and housing packages. Throughout the process Oscar continued to check in to see how fast or slow we wanted to move continuously letting us know that he would be led by us. As we were keen to move as quickly as possible towards the end of the week we were booked in to do the home collective walk on Saturday morning (which is a must see!) and booked in to view a few land options on Sunday which saw us putting down a deposit on the land and beginning the process of designing our first home with Oscar's help.

The next steps in the process seemed so effortless, Oscar put in many hours outside of the usual business hours and listened to everything that we wanted our build to look like. He was able to draw and customize designs on the spot giving us multiple options which led us to narrowing down the design going from our first home to our dream home. It took us 11 days from meeting Oscar for the first time to paying the deposit on the land, signing off on the build plan and paying the deposit to enter the preconstruction process.

We can't thank Oscar enough for his time, dedication, honesty and how much gratitude and respect he treated us with. We would definitely recommend his service to both family and friends and very much so look forward to the next steps in the journey and entering the prestart phase!

Never had any problems with the builder…received my house key on time even in covid 19 pandemic situation…supervisor never called me to say there will be delay in building my house due to the shortage of labour or building materials during the covid 19 challenging time. Thanks a lot.

I recently began the process of building a home with Celebration Homes, and so far, my experience has been positive. The sales team has been very helpful in guiding me through the design and selection process, and I appreciate their willingness to answer my questions and provide recommendations.

Although we haven't yet started the construction, I am impressed with the level of detail and care that has gone into planning the build, and I am confident that the construction process will go smoothly.

Overall, I am happy with the service provided by Celebration Homes so far, and I look forward to seeing the final result of the construction.

Could not be happier, April 2022 to March 2023 (key). They listened, were helpful with the changes we made and were extremely patient while we went through SAT for approvals. We upgraded various items and were happy with choices.
Very reactive to our queries; our building supervisor (Adam) was proactive with any issues he spotted during the build.
We used Houspect to do progress inspections and nothing major was cited. Only minor issues were listed in the reports and these were all rectified immediately or when scheduled.
Could not be happier - highly recommended for a very professional caring build.

We are still in the initial planning stage of building our first home with Celebration Homes. Our experience so far has been great. After speaking to multiple builders, my husband and I felt the most comfortable and confident with Celebration Homes. Steve Johnstone is our consultant, and he has been so helpful and provided us with answers to all our questions. Consultation sessions with him were super informative, he really takes time to explain things. Also love their showroom and their selections. Gavin made the home building process easy and stress free. He was very knowledgeable and willing to share information with us. We have never built before so it was great to have a consultant that understood our concerns and made allowanced for them. Gavin was honest and helpful though out the process and made us comfortable with our decision to build. Gavin gave us outstanding service and definitely did all he could to accommodate our requests. From the time we walked through the door of the Ashford display home at Averley display village, we were in love with the design.
Kepler Weber, the consultant was inviting without being over-bearing and allowed us to spend all the time looking through the home and answering the myriad of questions we had about our options to build this amazing home.
The decision to proceed with Celebrations to build what is our first home was made easier by the way Kepler has conducted himself throughout the early stages of the process and we cannot wait to see this build progress to that final day of hand-over.

After some research online and some visit to several builders and also recommendation from my boyfriend who has built with celebration before, i have decided to go with celebration homes. My sales consultant is Michael Marshall. He is very helpful and always give us good advice surrounding my situation. He has also helped in revising the design of the house to suit what i wanted and within budget. I was really impressed with the service provided by him. Now I can’t wait for the next step in constructing my first home with celebration.

My partner and I are currently in the process of starting our build with Celebration homes and we’re already blown away with the level of service we’ve received so far!

We went walking through display homes when we met Josh at a Baldivis Display. From the get go he was honest, easy to get along with and we sat down and told him what we wanted in our second build and our family home.

When we met a second time the floor plan he created had every thing we asked for, he listened to what was a must in our home and made it happen.
We’re so excited to start our build with celebrations and Josh has made the whole process stress free and so easy!

We are in the pre construction phase of building our new home. So far the experience has been awesome. Josh was great to work with - very helpful, not at all pushy, listens to us and helped us to choose a great home design with a few changes that we wanted, all within our budget. This is our first time building a new house and we are feeling very confident that we have made a great choice of builder. Looking forward to the rest of the process and getting into our new home!

It was a great experience to deal with someone as knowledgeable and professional as Nat. She was attentive to what we wanted and gave us valuable feedback, explaining why we should or should not do certain changes with the original home design.
We had no issues with the final cost of the home as it was very close to the estimated one.
Despite having a couple of hiccups with the built, Celebration Homes was very transparent in their communication with us and rectified the issues as per agreed. I am very happy with the build quality.

Really disappointing experience with Celebration Homes; throughout the build they were fantastic, but that stopped pretty abruptly once the keys were handed over. The day we moved in part of the driveway caved in and it has continued to sink since. I couldn't get anyone to attend to have a look for 4 months, and when they did come out to look they have simply informed me that as they can't see the source of the sinking that they will not be taking any action. Absolutely minimal communication with me throughout this process, and obviously very eager to be washing their hands of the issue, and leave me to deal with a 1m deep hole (and a huge safety hazard) by myself. Shocking stuff from a company who claim to be committed to providing customers with the best after care.

Josh has been great with answering all the questions we have had with this being our first build. We are very pleased with the house and land package he has put together for us. The team that will be helping us through this journey have all been very helpful and upfront in the process so far.
