2Very slow development, have been living at Millars Landing for over 1.5 years and nothing is happening, I'm bought Parkfront but I'm staring at undeveloped bushland which is slowly filling up with trash. Not what I expected when I moved here, not the lifestyle we were hoping for. It also seems interest in the community has slowed right down.
Not worth buying with this developer, bought mine at Piara Waters on there Piaracentral development. Mine was one of the last block after my sale these guys vanished no development was done to my part of the estate it was out like a undeveloped. If you're buying I would suggest everyone to come to Piara Waters Piaracentral estate to have look what you will get it you buy from them. You will be better of buying from other developer. My house valve came to crashing low value because of the estate Condition and under development. If you don't want to lose your value of your house please don't buy from these guys.
