I have put in a straight forward claim. Worst Sevice ever, they would not listen and talked over the top of you. They appeared to be talking from a script. Cbus please do some training with your staff, it's terrible. Extremely unhelpful. Even worse when you ask to speak with a supervisor to be told we can't tranfer, can you please give a phone to a supervisor, no we can't do that. Oh well I will take it to the Ombudsman, I am sure he will assist. So

The fact that they have an overall rating below 2.5 stars should tell you all you need to know about these idiots. I cannot stress enough how poor the quality of cbus' services are. It's companies like cbus that warrant the 'ZERO ' option! It borders on criminal and far exceeds disgraceful the manner in which they treat their members. Even members with 20+ years of loyalty. They absolutely suck at their job.

Communication is terrible.i have sent in complaints that have not been actioned.they have allowed my Life insurance to lapse and dont seem to address anything urgently.i thought moving my super back to them was a good idea but now second guessing.

Horrific level of communication, have put through 2 formal complaints which havent been actioned. I've noticied that your emails are being managed by a outsourced company and your communication is falling apart. Please address these concerns.
