Recently I was looking into buying a commercial dishwasher. I firstly accessed the Caterlink website which was extremely easy to navigate and I was able to find the information I required without any problems.
I contacted the business directly and spoke to Rafael who was friendly and very helpful. He supplied me with a very concise quote in no time.
I appreciated all his help and would highly recommend Caterlink.
Caterlink have been a fantastic supplier of commercial kitchen needs for Alins Kitchen Onslow. Caterlink offered very competitive pricing and the customer service provided by Ryan was second to none. Ryan was also able to organise competitive freight pricing to the Pilbara for us. Alin's Kitchen will certainly be using this supplier again.

Had our commercial kitchen done by caterlink, without the tireless efforts of kelly steele and her stellar team we would of had no chance olf being ready for opening.definately will work with these guys again for my next build!
Extremely dissatisfied with the customer service from the Warranty department. We have a machine that broken twice within 6 months and the machine not older 2 years. We sent an email last Saturday with the machine broken and had no phone call or follow up email the following Monday. We as a customer have to call to follow up. Sent a technician came in did a temporary fixed on Wednesday and broken again on Thursday morning. We called and sent an email asked for solutions and compensation, they were busy and in a meeting but no call back or email reply after the meeting. This is extremely poor and low class customer service and left the small business without food preparation machine for more than 10 days now. There was no apologies over the phone or in email. This is absolutely unacceptable behaviour. We are paying rent for nothing as the machine not function at all. The warranty manager was terrible to deal with. I would not recommend this company when come to sales they will say everything ok and yes. Come to warranty or any issue they will not put you in a priority and do not care about how your business operates without the machine.
Just wanted to share my terrible experience with Caterlink!
I'm not going to go into too much detailing but as a baker I thought it would be great to let others know how to keep their distance from purchasing any goods for their cakes or cupcakes from this company. They sold a wrong fridge that was not suitable for cakes despite that from the start before purchasing I already mentioned to the salesperson (Rafael) what I needed the unit for. It was a clear instruction and there was no misunderstandings!
As soon as I started using the fridge it ruined all my customers cakes and decorations it made everything moist. So I had to throw them out loosing money. As soon as I found out that the fridge wasn't suitable for what I requested for, I did tell Rafael who was my salesperson to do a refund and asked for my money back so I could go and purchase another fridge. What they did was to ignore me and passed my situation to Skope. Caterlink takes no responsibilities, they have the worse customer service ever, the salesperson has no knowledge about their own products as if there is no manager or owner who could take care of the customer. All they care is to just sell their products without even knowing what the customers needs are.
After 3 months of arguments, loosing my Christmas customers, loosing all my products,
Finally, they refunded my money only because Skope told them that the fridge is not suitable for this customer. The funny thing is that the salesperson has gone off to his Christmas holidays without taking care of the situation and wrong knowledge he has provided!
There has been no apologies or any emails, what a shame. I have asked for compensation for the damages they've caused. But I know one thing that Caterlink is so good at and that's ignoring the customer.
Improve your customer service and make sure to provide enough knowledge/training to your salesperson!
I have been using Caterlink for the past 8 years, both purchasing outright and renting of restaurant equipment, and I couldn't be happier. Their sales rep, Adam especially, has been one of the best guys I've had the pleasure to work with. He's always prompt with replying the messages and emails, friendly and efficient. He understands running a business is difficult so when the equipment breaks down and we need a replacement, he would personally try to solve the problem, paying us a visit to understand the situation and find us a solution that have kept us trouble-free for years.
For example, our fryer decided to stop working on Sunday, Adam arranged a new fryer on rental for me on a Sunday evening after a text I sent to him, the fryer arrived on Monday morning at 11am and we managed to get it installed at 1pm on the same day. Probably a record, but that's how efficient this man is.
We look forward to continue working with Caterlink for years to come!

I do not recommend Caterlink. Many mistakes were made and significant delays that were not communicated to us. Very disappointing.
The warranty covering systems and the customer service is absolutely disappointed. I bought dishwasher brand new and since the beginning it wasn’t working probably and they quote me $1000 for repairing a small part.

Beware - One of the worst customer experiences received. I was recommended this company and sorely disappointed. We were sent the wrong oven as the one we agreed to purchase was out of stock. This was at no point communicated by Caterlink. We were also sent the incorrect products for a water filtration system, which meant we were unable to use the oven to its capacity for upwards of 4 weeks (in additional to the 4 weeks of waiting for the ovens to arrive). Due to their error we were required to bring a plumber out (again!) to a remote site, and to arrange heavy machinery to lift the ovens to replace them. (We were told that it was actually our plumbers responsibility to stock and provide 'unknown' parts for their water filters). The managers at Caterlink do not take any phone calls or proactively assist in anyway - despite numerous attempts to make contact. They would rather hide behind their staff. Caterlink show very little concern for their customers business needs or communicating within a timely manner. I would not recommend this company at all. You do not get what you pay for - and you will not be assist quickly to find a resolution.
You ask them what’s your need, turns around quickly. With high end products to a top class service. They can design and make drawings for your kitchen too which are far better and descriptive than what you pay for a professional design studios. Plenty to tell but in short, there is no other place than Caterlink for your kitchen needs.

I have been now using Caterlink for 4 years since I bought my restaurant. First time I walked in, I have met Adam Gibbons, and never looked backed from there. Great knowledge of the products, gives great recommendations, professional, friendly, honest and very fast product delivery and not only that he answers my call on a weekend.
