Has improved greatly. Last time I visited I walked in one door and out the other. This time spent $160 buckeroonees
Much improved. I wasn't going to go back after my first visit but love of seafood told me to give them another chance and I'm happy I did.

I love this place for my seafood. They are now open 6 days a week. Before it was only Saturday morning.
Regular haunt. The best seafood, Aussie prawns, snapper by four or five varieties, cod, brim, very popular location, In summer get in early as hordes of people. Bit quieter through Covid and winter and not so much range in winter due to supply they will even clean whole fish if you buy them that way. Top place and plenty of parking the prawns are a bit dearer but great range of snapper varieties and great prices on crumbed crimson snapper

Great range of seafood. It is self serve which is great if you want to find the right portion size you want. Although it is serve yourself, there are plenty of helpful and knowledgeable staff about. The seafood was amazing and still very fresh when cooked the next day.
Usually good stuff, but arrived at 12.35pm on a Saturday and everything is packed up. No fish left on the tables whatsoever, despite advertised closing time of 1pm.
Unhappy to have wasted my time to drive across town to not be able to get anything

Great selection of seafood, and they clean your fish, price wise fish is good but prawns overpriced a bit, Ocy is ok but a little pricey overall if you want top quality seafood you have to pay just that bit extra.great place great service.

Love to visit Catalano's on Saturdays. The seafood is always fresh. Huge variety in stock in all my visits. Fish can be cleaned and cut to preferred sized pieces or fillets on request.

The seafood is very fresh, the shrimp I bought are very big, the clams are very sweet, and the squid is also very big and delicious!

Don't bother coming up here, worst service ever bought 2 fish, get it clean and gutted. But we never got our fish as they gave it to someone else instead, so inefficient come on I'm talking about 2 fish here not a dozen.fair enough they refunded our money. Staff talking among themselves without realising we are the only customer waiting, not attentive and Disappointing.
Great selection of local seafood, reasonably price when considering what seafood cost these days, our go to place on a Saturday morning if we feel like a seasonal catch, have had lovely blue swimmers, freo sardines, a selection of different fish, all fresh and excellent eating.
Great seafood options. Quality is amazing, definitely worth the trip. Got live Mud Crabs, Giant Tiger Prawns, Oysters and Scallops (frozen). All fresh and couldn't fault anything. The scallops whilst frozen were still great and tender, even better than fresh scallops I've purchased before.

Purchased 6 crayfish on 23rd December, and by 25th December, all 6 crays were black inside and putrid. Fish were immediately chilled and kept at 2 degrees after purchase. Was ensured by staff on 27th that the crays were cooked fresh on the day of purchase, by a 3rd party, but in 30 years of catching and eating crayfish, have never seen such poor quality seafood.
