Very impressed with the professional approach and service. After a recent break in we called Castle Security. They were so prompt to visit the office and give us a quote and fit us into their busy schedule. Office was secured within 5 days of the first call which gave us peace of mind. Thanks to the team for the wonderful service.
Very bad customer service, I called to discuss their services which cost me almost $200, but administration hanged up the phone just at the middle of my explanation! And later on, in their email mentioned: "Castle Security does not engage in disputes over times and monies especially when it involves time on small amounts"!
Prompt and friendly service. Looks great from the outside, but the wiring in the crawlspace was not up to the standards I would expect from a professional installation.

In January 2018 I contacted three CCTV installers for quotes. By the time two of them returned my calls Louis of Castle Security has already inspected my house, gave me professional advice and secured the job. Sincerely, I was impressed with Louis’ promptness, professionalism and honesty and also with Kean’s expertise and professionalism while installing the cameras. The Hikvision cameras they installed have excellent resolution; they are 8MP, competitively priced and backed with three years warranty. In my opinion, there is no point in installing CCTV cameras if the resolution is not good enough to identify a human face. To this end a camera may have to be installed at a reasonable height to clearly capture and identify a human face. Having mentioned that, this may put the camera at risk of being stolen. To protect the cameras from theft and vandalism Louis referred me to Brian of Dynamite Fabrication who is also an honest and professional trade person. Brian enclosed the cameras in beautiful tamper proof aluminium cages. At the moment all my Turret cameras look like beautiful birds sitting inside tamper proof and theft proof beautiful aluminium nests. I highly recommend Castle Security for their promptness, professionalism, honesty, quality products, competitive prices and appropriate referral.

Very happy with the Castle Security's work, they were punctual, very reliable, and happy to help when i didnt understand how to use my alarm, the technician that came to site was very friendly and polite and cleaned up after himself. I would reccomend this company to anyone wanting an alarm system and or cameras installed.
