Biggest waste of time. Katelyn messaged they would hold an item for me to drive for an hour and 15 to find out the item got sold to someone else. Don’t trust these guys to do anything right by the customer

Walked in hoping to buy a new guitar, was willing to spend over $400 because I am in need of a new one. As I was browsing the guitars, an employee said to me I am not allowed to carry my bag in store and that I must hand it to the counter.
Ok…

I’m a type one diabetic with all my medication in this bag, plus I had some shopping that I had just done in this as well. The fact that these employees and the establishment believe that it’s okay to ask someone for THEIR bag is unbelievable. I would’ve been completely okay with them checking my bag, but the fact that they wanted my bag on their counter, putting everyone in the same basket. Ridiculous.

In the end cash converters has lost a very loyal customer, I do not ever plan shopping with this business again. I don’t like it when a business who sells stolen goods pretend to be righteous, no, not even the Morley store does this. Get a grip

These guys lowball to an excessive point.then when u walk out they are rude.waste of time.sell ur stuff online.worse then a gold digging wife.how do u sleep at night taking advantage of ppl.not me though.thought u had a desperate sale.more fool u.buch of lying cheats.go rip off someone else

They had exactly what we were looking for, at a very good price. The staff were very helpful, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. We will definatly visit them again.

I don't mind this place, prices are pretty fair with most of their items they're selling, but i have to say it's very ridiculous how they sell their movies and video games for so much. I walked in the other day and saw they had a season of walking dead on blu ray for $30 who could just buy that brand new at JB and than i saw a couple of games on ps4 that had $40 on them.i've known other cash converters stores to do $1 a movie and $1 a disc for tv shows, about $4 or $5 per video game and $2 or $3 a disc for blu ray, why can't they just do that here, because when you sell them these kind of items it's a ripoff.

Had quite a lot of experience of Cash Converters recently, both selling to them and buying from them, on every occasion I've had extremely good service. The staff I've had contact with have all been helpful, pleasant and polite. They gave me more than I'd expected for three items I sold to them. They were amenable to reductions in the asking price for a tool set and batteries I bought and then when one of the batteries didn't work they exchanged it without any quibbles. 5 stars all the way.

Unfortunately this review comes after they refused entry to a very dear friend of mine who has a "hidden disability". To make matters worse they refused entry to her BECAUSE of her disability. And I thought I'd seen it all. Are we seriously going backwards as a society? It sure feels like it when you try doing business with Cash Convertors, Joondalup.

We got a tv bought from them 8 mth ago used less than 4 times as was a spare for the guest room turned it on the other day no pic only sound, they wouldn't help or even look at it. Stay away from cash converters unless you got money to waster

They are only interested to make the sale. If you have any issues there isn't any customer service or servicing/ repairing department.
I bought a small none smart TV for $145,8 months later the image has gone. Took it to their place to find out that had only 30 days warranty, I didn't know and they said is on the receipt.
I'll no recommend buying from Cash Converters as is not a shop is a bit like a con shop, even I ask someone to look at it to see what is wrong or to give more help (direct to a repairs shop, courtesy voucher or to give me anything to make me happy (coupon or referral to a repair shop at the very cheap price), but I've got nothing back. But I paid a big price for zero warranty and no customer care- service after.

I'll no recommend to anyone to buy from a Cash Converters store, their prices are ripped off and with no benefits after the sale. I just bought an old TV from the first Facebook market place now, bigger and better and cheaper with $60 than in cash converters, if this will broke or get faults I wouldn't mind, as I paid much less than in cash converters. I learned a lesson and share it with you!

Got served by Keith when I came in to buy a stand for my mic. Coming from someone that works in retail, that was some of the best and most efficient customer service I’ve ever seen. Thank you very much Keith if you’re reading this.

Bought a Mac Book pro from them, after the 30 day warranty, it magically died on me. Battery needs replacement and they wouldn't cover it. The thing put me back $500 and is pretty much useless. Would not recommend shopping here for any of their overpriced and broken products.
