Very arrogant. Tried to fool me into thinking my product was the amerian value was ours. I did my research, you should to before going there to sell.

Bought a subwoofer from here.once i got home i did an ohms test on it and turns out it was blown.when i brought it back the big guy behind the counter was so rude, he didn’t wanna take it back and was saying i blew it up.would not recommend shopping here.they over charge their products and when trying to get a refund for something that is already broken when you buy it they blame it on you.when he finally gave me my money back he slammed it down on the counter.how about don’t sell blown subwoofers in the first place and learn some customer service.

Very fussy. If the product you’re looking to sell isn’t in ‘perfect shape’ they’ll reject you.
They do not give you full price of what your product is worth.
Mobile phones have to be in tip top shape, can’t have one little scratch at all.

Just, to me, seems a little bit of a stupid business to have if you’re THAT fussy.

Don’t recommend going here, plus the men that work there aren’t very nice, they’re very rude and pushy.

They also only gave me $10 for a Nintendo.
If you can, avoid going here at all costs, this company isn’t at all what they preach

Went there at 4: 30pm on a sat, they were closed! The sign on the door says they close at 5pm. I tried calling the number and no one answered and no option to leave a msg. Useless.

When I called to question why I was undercut on the carat and weight of the scrap gold we were trading, I was sworn at and berated by the belligerent manager on the phone! Unfortunately I can’t give less than 1 star! Disgustingly run business!

Selling secondhand amps for $50 more than they cost new and claiming that new sellers are scams.the deflection.

Don’t expect any bargains here, instead be prepared to pay very near to retail prices. The manager Scott is impolite and unprofessional.

Only giving 1 star as there is no one star option, went to look for a tv, but lack of service and hearing other customers being told to “bring it to the counter” made me go elsewhere. Leaning on counters on your phones is not good service

When we walked in the only employee around was a girl sitting there on her phone. We were looking for a guitar and the only one that really fit me was priced at $375 despite being in terrible shape. That didn’t seem right whatsoever so we looked up the same model and (giving cashies the benefit of the doubt) it’s retail price was listed at $375-$400. We mentioned that and this girl had the nerve to say ‘Looks pretty new to me. ’ It had dents all over it though like? You can’t blatantly lie to our faces about the quality when the item is right in front of me. We ended up just leaving and going to JB Hifi next door where we got a brand new guitar for half the price. Ridiculous.

The staff were arrogant and impersonal. The prices were high and the staff also lied about the length of warranty on electrical goods, saying originally that there was 90 days warranty until we tried returning the broken goods, at which point they said it was only a 7 day warranty.

I purchases a wine frigde. It does not make as cold as it should and makes a noise when running. I called up to return it after 4 days and they informed me i will not get a refund because it is noisy. The product came wilth a 90 day gaurantee as adverrised via Gumtree.
I will not buy anything from them.

Extremely rude males that work there, they completely ignored me when I came in, too busy talking.

As a first time buyer of roof racks, was hoping to have some assistance with seeing if it would work with my car parked outside. Staff refused, simply said, 'it's not my job. ' True, but I'm also not going to buy something if I don't know if it works.

Bloody useless, i stood around for 15 minutes waiting for some help, 3 guys behind the counter were too busy eating McDonald's and watching horse racing, i gave up and left

Worst service ever. Purchased a second hand lawnmower which was sold as operational. It wasn't, only started after trying for 15mins. I went back and they wouldn't even attempt to help because I'd lost the receipt - the store manager just stands there staring you down when you ask. Scam artists if you ask me

Staffs were very rude n disrespectful. I went into to buy a DVD player and when we ask for them to test it the girl wasn't willing to do it telling us that there was a 30 days warranty on the product. She eventually did the test n we took it home n try it and it didn't work with the CD movie we put in so we took it back. The guy tested our disc and it didn't work properly n said it was a regional problem but it wasn't. They then tested it on one of there Blue Ray movie n it didn't really work properly so they agreed to refund us but when he gave our disc back he kinda threw it at us.

Jewellery counter lady chatting away to her friend for quite some time, quite rude with no service, so went else where for a mother's day ring

Great staff. Found a few good glass flutes here and they even help me out with my meth hookups.
